摘要: A device may be used to assemble a rotor segment of an electric machine. The rotor segment may include a rotor shaft, a laminated core joined to the rotor shaft, and two pressure elements that clamp the laminated core. A method for assembling the rotor segment may involve positioning the rotor shaft in the device and orienting the rotor shaft using an orienting means of the assembly device, positioning the laminated core and at least one of the first or second pressure elements within a clamping means of the device, orienting the laminated core by means of a positioning module of the clamping means, and moving the rotor shaft relative to the clamping means such that the laminated core is pushed onto the rotor shaft and the at least one of the first or second pressure elements is connected to the rotor shaft.

摘要: A rotor hollow shaft for a rotor of an electric machine may include a cylinder barrel that is closed off on both sides by end flanges. On each side, a shaft journal may be positioned or formed on the end flanges. At least one of the shaft journals may include an access bore that provides access to a shaft cavity surrounded by the cylinder barrel. A leadthrough element may be fitted into the access bore so as to impart a sealing action with respect to the shaft cavity. The leadthrough element may extend through the shaft cavity to the shaft journal on the other side of the cylinder barrel, where the leadthrough element may likewise be fitted so as to impart a sealing action with respect to the shaft cavity. The leadthrough element may permit the leadthrough of a liquid or gaseous medium.

摘要: An assembled hollow rotor shaft for a rotor, which rotates about a longitudinal axis, of an electric machine, may include a cylinder jacket that surrounds a shaft cavity, and end flanges disposed on both sides on the cylinder jacket. A shaft journal is disposed on each of the end flanges. An inlet is provided in the shaft journal of one of the end flanges via which a cooling medium can be conducted into the shaft cavity and onto an inner surface of the cylinder jacket. A cooling-medium distribution element within the shaft cavity may be formed symmetrically perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis, may receive the cooling medium, which enters via the inlet, via a receiving region, may guide the cooling medium via a removal region in a direction of the inner surface of the cylinder jacket, and may discharge the cooling medium onto the inner surface via a discharging region.

The laminated sheets may be slid onto the shaft to lie against a stop in the form of a first thrust washer arranged upon a first subsection of the shaft. A second thrust washer may be pressed in by axially bracing the laminated sheets onto a second axial subsection of the shaft in a frictional interlocking manner. The second thrust washer may be positioned after a surface of the second subsection has been enlarged by the introduction of an exterior surface profile.

摘要: A hollow shaft arrangement may include a hollow shaft, such as a rotor shaft of an electric motor, for example, through which a fluid can pass for cooling purposes. Surface-enlarging cooling structures for transferring thermal energy from the hollow shaft to the fluid may be arranged in an inner space of the hollow shaft. The surface-enlarging cooling structures may be connected to the hollow shaft, but may be part of a cooling body that is formed separately from the hollow shaft. Further, the cooling body may include a sleeve-like main body from which the surface-enlarging cooling structures project radially inwardly, and the sleeve-like main body may include an axial gap that permits a circumference of the main body to be adjustable. In some cases an outer diameter of the cooling body is larger than an inner diameter of the bearing.

摘要: A rotor segment of an electric machine may include a rotor shaft and a laminated core, which is arranged on the rotor shaft in such a way that a gap dimensioned sufficiently large in the radial direction for the passage of a cooling medium is produced between an outer surface of a hollow cylinder shell and an inner surface of the laminated core. The rotor segment may further include two pressure elements that are held on the rotor shaft in a stationary manner such that the pressure elements axially clamp the laminated core. Further, at least one of the pressure elements is designed as a holding segment allowing cooling medium to pass through.
