Abstract: A process for producing a modified fly ash comprising the steps of providing, as a raw material, the raw fly ash discharged from a pulverized coal combustion boiler; classifying the raw fly ash into a crude powder and a fine powder; removing the unburned carbon contained in the crude powder by heating the crude powder at a temperature in a range of 500 to 1000° C.; and mixing together the crude powder from which the unburned carbon has been removed and the fine powder to obtain a modified fly ash.

Abstract: A ground structure comprises a basis comprising arranged concrete blocks and an artificial turf fixed to the basis. The concrete blocks contain cement, sand, and an inorganic water retaining material, and have a water permeability of not less than 1.0×10−4 m/s and not more than 10.0×10−4 m/s and a water retention capacity of not less than 0.10 g/cm3 and not more than 0.40 g/cm3, both measured in accordance with JIS A 5371. The artificial turf comprises a base sheet made of synthetic resin having drain holes and a synthetic resin pile fixed to the base sheet.

Abstract: A clinker that has a total content of C3A and C4AF of 22 to 40 mass %, calculated according to Bogue's formulas, and an iron modulus of 0.8 to 1.3 is pulverized with gypsum. Alternatively, the clinker after pulverization is mixed with gypsum powder. A pulverization agent comprising N-methyl-di-ethanol-amine and/or di-ethanol-isopropanol-amine is used in the pulverization.
