摘要: The capacity for alkane synthesis is to be significantly improved with the use of an acyl-ACP reductase gene and a decarbonylase gene derived from blue-green algae. A recombinant microorganism comprising, as foreign genes, an acyl-ACP reductase gene and a decarbonylase gene derived from blue-green algae comprises 4 types of ferredoxin genes and 3 types of ferredoxin reductase genes derived from blue-green algae in predetermined combinations.
