摘要: A thermally sensitive recording medium which has good printability and surface glossness, by forming a glossing layer on a thermally sensitive recording layer on a substrate, and said glossing layer contains an inorganic pigment and a fixing composition which does not cause sticking at higher temperature than 200° C., and the surface glossiness of the glossing layer based on JIS-P-8142 in which angle of incidence and angle of reflect is 75 degree is bigger than 50%.

摘要: A thermally sensitive recording paper having a recording surface which when a postage stamp or a revenue stamp is adhered to the recording surface requires at least ten cycles of a removal test procedure to remove at least one third of the adhered surface of the stamp from the recording surface of the thermally sensitive recording paper, wherein the removal test procedure comprises adhering the postage stamp or revenue stamp to the recording surface of the thermally sensitive recording paper, hanging the recording paper over an iron bar of about 8 mm diameter with the postage stamp or revenue stamp on an outer surface of the recording paper, adjusting the recording paper such that equal lengths are on either side of the iron bar, attaching to one end of the thermally sensitive recording paper a weight of about 500 g, holding the other end of the thermally sensitive recording paper by hand and carrying out a pull down ant put back cycle motion of the hand to move the postage stamp or revenue stamp over the iron bar until at least a portion of the postage stamp or revenue stamp is removed from the surface of the recording paper.

摘要: A thermally sensitive recording medium which has thermally sensitive recording layer containing colorless or pale colored basic leuco dye and organic color developer as main components on a substrate, wherein said thermally sensitive recording layer contains diphenylsulfone bridgeable type compound represented by general formula (1) and at least one compound represented by general formula (1). In general formula (2), X and Y can be different and indicates a saturated or an unsaturated liner or grafted hydrocarbon group of carbon number 1-12 which can possess ether bond, or indicates wherein R indicates a methylene group or an ethylene group, T indicates a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of carbon number 1-4, and R1-R6 independently indicate a halogen atom, an alkyl group of carbon number 1-6, or an alkenyl group, further, m, n, p, q, r, t indicate an integer number of 0-4 and when are bigger than 2, R1-R6 can be different, and a is an integer of 0-10. In general formula (2), R7 represents an alkyl group of carbon number 1-6 or an electron attracting group, u is an integer of 0-2.

摘要: A thermal sensitive recording medium which has a feature to change the color of recorded pattern slowly and spontaneously after development, and the recorded pattern which has several days passed can be easily distinguished from that of just after development. Said thermal sensitive recording medium contains 4-hydroxybenzoic acid ester represented by general formula (I) as a color developer and uses triphenylmethane-based leuco dye and reddish color developing leuco dye whose maximum absorption wave length is 450.about.560 nm as a dye precursor. ##STR1## In this formula, R represents unsubstituted or substituted lower alkyl group of carbon number 1-7 or benzyl group.

摘要: In a thermal sensitive recording medium comprising a thermal sensitive color developing layer which includes a basic leuco dye and an organic color developer on a substrate, characterized by the said thermal color developing layer includes 0.01-0.9 parts of aminobenzenesulfonamide derivatives indicated by general formula (I) based on 1 part of color developer and also includes at least one kind of methylolated fatty acid amide indicated by general formula (II) in proportion of 0.01-2 parts based on 1 part of color developer. ##STR1## (wherein, "X" indicates an oxygen or sulfur atom, "R" indicates non-substituted or substituted phenyl group, naphthyl group, aralkyl group, lower alkyl group of carbon number 1-6, cycloalkyl group of carbon number 3-6 or lower alkenyl group of carbon number 2-6. "Z" indicates lower alkyl group of carbon number 1-6 or electron attractive group.
