    摘要: A multilayer insulated wire has two or more extrusion-coating insulating layers provided on a conductor directly or via some other layer, or provided on the outside of a multicore wire composed of conductor cores or insulated cores that are collected together, wherein at least one of the insulating layers is made of a mixture prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a polyethersulfone resin and 10 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. A transformer utilizes the multilayer insulated wire. The multilayer insulated wire can realize such high heat resistance as heat resistance F class (155° C.), which satisfies IEC 950 standards, or higher heat resistance, in transformers; and can exhibit excellent electrical properties even at high frequencies. Further, when the transformer is used at high frequencies, the electric properties are not lowered, and influence by the generation of heat can be prevented.

    摘要: A multilayer insulated wire has a conductor and solderable extrusion-insulating layer made up of two or more layers for covering the conductor. At least one insulating layer including the outermost layer is formed by a mixture of 100 parts by weight of resin components in which 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyester-series resin (A) is blended with 5 to 40 parts by weight of an ethylene-series copolymer having a carboxylic acid component or a metal salt of the carboxylic acid component in its side chain, and 10 to 80 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (B). A transformer which utilizes the multilayer insulated wire has excellent solderability, high-frequency characteristics, peel resistance under high-voltage and high-frequency, and coilability, and it is favorably suitable for industrial production. A transformer utilizing the multilayer insulated wire has excellent electrical properties and high reliability, because when used at high frequencies, there arises no problem of lowering of electric properties and scraping-off from the wire by corona.

    摘要: Provided is a multilayer insulated wire comprising a conductor and three or more insulating layers covering the conductor, in which each of first and second insulating layers, as counted from the conductor side, is (a) an extrusion-coating layer of an intimate resin mixture compounded so that an ethylene-based copolymer, having a carboxylic acid or a metal salt of the carboxylic acid on the side chain thereof, accounts for 5 to 40 parts by weight compared to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic straight-chain polyester resin, (b) an extrusion-coating layer consisting mainly of a thermoplastic straight-chain polyester resin formed by combining an acid constituent and an alcoholic constituent the whole or a part of which is cyclohexanedimethanol, or (c) an extrusion-coating layer of an intimate resin mixture compounded so that the ethylene-based copolymer, having the carboxylic acid or the metal salt of the carboxylic acid on the side chain thereof, accounts for 50 parts or less by weight compared to 100 parts by weight of the thermoplastic straight-chain polyester resin formed by combining the acid constituent and the alcoholic constituent the whole or a part of which is cyclohexanedimethanol, a third insulating layer being an extrusion-coating layer of a thermoplastic polyamide resin or a intimate resin mixture consisting mainly of the thermoplastic polyamide resin.     摘要: The present invention provides a magnet wire having a high heat resistance, a conductor, and an inner layer formed by baking a first resin coating covering the outer surface of the conductor. The inner layer has a heat resistance which is not lower than 130.degree. C. and is lower than 200.degree. C. An outer layer is formed by baking a second resin coating covering the outer surface of the inner layer, the outer layer having a heat resistance which is not lower than 200.degree. C., the thickness of the lower layer falling within a range of between 0.3 .mu.m and 5 .mu.m and being not larger than 1/3 of the sum of the thicknesses of the outer and inner layers. The present invention also provides a method of removing an insulating covering from a magnet wire having a high heat resistance comprising the steps of: preparing a magnet wire having a high heat resistance, and irradiating an insulating covering of said magnet wire with a converged laser beam having a high energy.
