    摘要: The present invention provides a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film roll formed by winding up a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film comprising a plurality of polyamide mixed resin sheets stacked on top of each other. A first sample cutout portion is provided within 2 m from the winding end of film, and a final sample cutout portion is provided within 2 m from the winding start of film. The roll is regulated so that, when sample cutout portions are provided at intervals of about 100 m from the first sample cutout portion, for all samples cutout from the cutout portions, the elastomer content, tensile modulus of elasticity, thickness unevenness in the longitudinal direction and other properties fall within a predetermined variation range.

    摘要: The present invention provides a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film roll formed by winding up a polyamide based mixed resin laminated film comprising a plurality of polyamide mixed resin sheets stacked on top of each other. And in the step of melt-extruding and cooling, corona discharge in a streamer corona state is performed between an electrode applied with high dc voltage and the polyamide based resin sheet in the melted state, and sufficient electric charges that enable the polyamide based resin sheet in the melted state to come in close contact with the movable cooling material surface are imparted.

    摘要: A polyamide resin laminate film preferably used for packaging purposes and the like shows good slip property, superior handling workability even under a high humidity environment, and good transparency. The polyamide resin laminate film is produced by a co-extrusion method. In the film, a coating layer made of a polyamide resin containing inorganic fine particles having a fine pore volume of 0.3-1.0 ml/g in a proportion of 0.2-1.00 wt % is laminated on at least one surface of the substrate layer made of a polyamide resin, and the film is uniaxially or biaxially stretched. The film is adjusted to show a dynamical friction coefficient of not more than 0.7 at 80% RH, and a haze value of not more than 5.0.
