摘要: Disclosed are biaxially oriented, multilayered films, wherein said films may include a core layer comprising linear, low-density polyethylene, and the core layer is optionally cavitated. Said films may further include a first skin layer on a first side of the core layer, and a second skin layer on a second side of the core layer, wherein the first skin layer and the second skin layer comprise thin layers of linear, low-density polyethylene of a same or different type. Further, said films may include an aqueous-based primer on an outer surface of the second skin layer, wherein the outer surface faces away from the core layer. Further still, said films may include a sealant coating layer on the first skin layer and a barrier coating layer on the second skin layer, wherein the sealant coating layer and the barrier coating layer are aqueous-based.

摘要: Disclosed are compositions, methods and uses for thin multi-layered films that may include a metallizable skin layer that include polyethylene polymer(s), wherein the metallizable skin layer may be treated one or more times. The multi-layered films include a core layer and a sealant layer, wherein each of these layers includes metallocene-catalyzed, linear, low-density polyethylene. The core layer is located between the metallizable skin layer and the sealant layer. These films may include one or more additives in any of the layers and/or include one or more tie layers. The multi-layered films may be biaxially oriented, have a haze equal to or below 5%, and have an elastic modulus equal to or below 350 N/mm2. The multi-layered films may also include a metallized layer on the metallizable skin layer, a coated layer on the metallizable skin layer, and/or be laminated to a polyethylene-based polymer, such as polyethylene terephthalate.

摘要: An object of the invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell having three-dimensional formability with a high degree of freedom. A method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell according to the invention is a method of manufacturing a three-dimensional fluid cell using a laminate which has at least two plastic substrates and a fluid layer and in which at least one plastic substrate is a heat-shrinkable film satisfying a heat shrinkage rate of 5% to 75%, including, in order: 1) an arrangement step of arranging one plastic substrate, the fluid layer, and the other plastic substrate in this lamination order; 2) a two-dimensional fluid cell producing step of producing a two-dimensional fluid cell by sealing the fluid layer; and 3) a three-dimensional processing step of three-dimensionally processing the two-dimensional fluid cell by heating.

摘要: A micro-voided film comprising high density polyethylene having a molecular weight of at least about 200,000, and low aspect ratio filler having a mean particle size from about 1 to about 25 microns. The film has a thickness of from about 10 to about 75 microns and a void fraction of from about 0.60 to about 0.75. The micro-voided film is made by a process comprising extruding the composition into a film having a thickness of from about 50 to about 300 microns, and orienting the extruded film using a high stalk, blown film process. The process produces a stabilized high stalk for increasing the production rate of blown, high molecular weight polyethylene, while increasing the film's physical and mechanical properties. The high stalk can be stabilized by application of high velocity, low volume flow rate of air over the interior and exterior surfaces of the extruded film.

摘要: A method for producing a polyolefin-based porous film includes an (A) step: a raw fabric forming step for forming a non-porous raw fabric from a polyolefin-based resin composition, a (B) step: an MD cold stretching step for cold stretching the non-porous raw fabric obtained in the (A) step at a temperature of −20° C. to (Tm−30)° C. (Tm is a melting point (° C.) of the non-porous raw fabric) in an extruding direction (MD) of the raw fabric to make the raw fabric porous; a (D) step: a TD cold stretching step for cold stretching a film processed in the (B) step in a direction (TD) perpendicular to the MD, and an (H) step: a thermal fixing step, in the above order. A thermal fixing temperature T2 (° C.) in the (H) step satisfies expressions (1) and (2) below; T2>T1 (1), (Tm−3)≥T2≥(Tm−40) (2) (in the expressions, T1 represents a stretching temperature (° C.) in the (D) step, and Tm represents the melting point (° C.) of the non-porous raw fabric). A polyolefin-based porous film made of a polyolefin-based resin composition has a pore surface area of 35.0 to 42.0 m2/g and birefringence of 2.0×10−2 to 4.0×10−2.

摘要: The invention provides a heat-shrinkable polyester-based film comprising ethylene terephthalate units, constituent units derived from at least one monomer which forms an amorphous component, and constituent units derived from butanediol. The amount of the constituent units derived from at least one monomer which forms an amorphous component is 18 mol % or more, and the amount of the constituent units derived from butanediol is 1 to 25 mol % based on 100 mol % of all polyester resin components. The heat-shrinkable polyester-based film is characterized by particular values for the secondary shrinkage ratio of the film, the hot-water heat shrinkage ratio of the film, and the reversing heat capacity difference before and after the glass transition temperature of the film.

摘要: Disclosed is a polyolefin composition for stretched film including an olefin-based polymer (A) having a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as obtained from a melting endothermic curve which is obtained under a measurement condition of holding a sample at −10° C. for 5 minutes in a nitrogen atmosphere and then increasing the temperature at a rate of 10° C./min with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), of 0 to 80 J/g; and an olefin-based polymer (B) having a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as observed under the foregoing measurement condition, of more than 80 J/g, wherein a content of the olefin-based polymer (A) is 0.5% by mass or more and less than 17% by mass relative to a total content of the olefin-based polymer (A) and the olefin-based polymer (B), and the polyolefin composition has a melting endotherm (ΔH-D), as observed under the foregoing measurement condition, of 80 to 120 J/g.
