    摘要: Provided is an organic light emitting device that includes at least one organic layer between a first electrode and an emissive layer wherein the organic layer includes at least two organic materials and at least one of the organic materials consequently has a concentration gradient in the direction from the first electrode to a second electrode through a single solution process by self organization. Since the organic layer has a work function having a gradient in the direction from the first electrode to the second electrode, holes can be injected from the first electrode to the emissive layer, and thereby an organic light emitting device having high efficiency and a long lifetime can be obtained.

    摘要: An organic light emitting device has a structure in which the penetration of harmful materials into an inner functional layer is blocked to prevent the degradation of the performance of the organic light emitting device and an organic electronic device includes such an organic light emitting device. The organic light emitting device includes an insulating substrate; a light emitting unit arranged on the insulating substrate and including a first electrode layer to inject holes, a second electrode layer to inject electrons, and an active layer interposed between the first and second electrode layers to emit light by recombining the holes and electrons; and a passivation layer including alternately arranged barrier layers and buffer layers to seal the light emitting unit from an external atmosphere, each barrier layer including at least one material selected from a group consisting of an activated metal oxide, an activated metal nitride, or an activated metal oxynitride, and each buffer layer being of a polymer organic material.

    摘要: A conducting polymer, the conducting polymer composition further including an ionomer, and an organic optoelectronic device including the conducting polymer or the composition are provided. The conducting polymer according to the embodiments of the present invention is a self-doped conducting polymer in which conducting polymer chains are grafted in a polyacid. The conducting polymer composition to the present invention is manufactured by blending the self-doped conducting polymer with an ionomer having a physical cross-linking property thereto, and thus they are homogeneously dissolved in water or organic solvents. The conducting polymer and the composition have a good film-forming property and can be easily blended with other organic polymers, and conductivity and a work function thereof is easily controlled according to the content of the ionomer. Also, optoelectronic devices including the conducting polymer composition have high efficiency and a long lifetime.

    摘要: A conducting polymer, the conducting polymer composition further including an ionomer, and an organic optoelectronic device including the conducting polymer or the composition are provided. The conducting polymer according to the embodiments of the present invention is a self-doped conducting polymer in which conducting polymer chains are grafted in a polyacid. The conducting polymer composition to the present invention is manufactured by blending the self-doped conducting polymer with an ionomer having a physical cross-linking property thereto, and thus they are homogeneously dissolved in water or organic solvents.     摘要: An organic light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an organic layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The organic layer includes at least a light-emitting layer, wherein the light-emitting layer includes a plurality of compounds which have individually a light-emitting repeating unit and at least one of a hole-transporting repeating unit and an electron-transporting repeating unit and which are different in the molar ratio of the light-emitting repeating unit and at least one of the hole-transporting repeating unit and the electron-transporting repeating unit, and wherein the plurality of the compounds are stacked so that the molar ratio of the hole-transporting repeating unit may decrease and/or the molar ratio of the electron-transporting repeating unit may increase in the direction from the first electrode toward the second electrode. The hole transport capability of the light-emitting layer decreases in the direction from the first electrode toward the second electrode and the electron transport capability of the light-emitting layer decreases in the direction from the second electrode to the first electrode. Therefore, hole transport and electron transport are equilibrated, thereby ensuring high efficiency and long lifetime.
