摘要: A multi-layer ceramic electronic component includes a ceramic body and an external electrode. The ceramic body includes a first main surface and a second main surface that face in a first direction, internal electrodes laminated in the first direction, and a penetrating hole that has a diameter decreasing from the first main surface toward the second main surface and includes a tapered surface, the internal electrodes being exposed on the tapered surface. The external electrode includes a first conductive layer disposed along the tapered surface, and a second conductive layer disposed along the first main surface and connected to the first conductive layer.

摘要: Provided is a multilayer ceramic electronic component including a ceramic element having a multilayer body in which internal electrodes are stacked with interposition of a dielectric layer and the internal electrodes are led out in a direction orthogonal to a stacking direction, and a protective part located at least on upper and lower surfaces of the multilayer body in the stacking direction, an underlying electrode layer formed at least on part of a surface of the protective part on either one or both of upper and lower sides in the stacking direction, a covering layer that covers an end part or a rim part of the underlying electrode layer, a plating layer that covers at least an upper surface of the underlying electrode layer, and at least a pair of external electrodes having the underlying electrode layer and the plating layer and being electrically connected to the internal electrodes.

摘要: A multi-layer ceramic capacitor includes a ceramic body, a first external electrode, and a second external electrode. The ceramic body includes ceramic layers laminated along a first direction, first internal electrodes and second internal electrodes that are alternately disposed between the ceramic layers, a first end surface and a second end surface that are oriented in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction, and a first inner groove and a second inner groove that are respectively formed in the first end surface and the second end surface along the first direction. The first and second external electrodes respectively cover the first and second end surfaces, the first internal electrodes being drawn to the first end surface and protruding in the first inner groove, the second internal electrodes being drawn to the second end surface and protruding in the second inner groove.
