Abstract: An asynchronous rolling mill with a super large diameter ratio comprises a rolling mill stand, a press-down device, a balancing device, an upper roll system, and an arc-shaped plate device. The arc-shaped plate device comprises an arc-shaped plate, the arc-shaped plate is arranged opposite to the upper roll, and the arc-shaped plate and the upper roll are cooperated to roll strips. The present disclosure also provides a method for rolling a strip using an asynchronous rolling mill with a super large diameter ratio. The asynchronous rolling mill can roll with super large diameter ratio and different speeds, and has a large angle to engage, thereby reducing the external friction force of a workpiece and improving strip forming quality.

Aiming at the defects of a size effect caused by a difference of the stainless steel ultra-thin strip from a macroscopic size, a poor adaptability of a common stainless steel mechanical property prediction method and the like, and a good capability of a neural network for processing a complex nonlinear problem, the method comprises modeling various factors influencing annealing of the stainless steel ultra-thin strip by utilizing an artificial neural network, thus predicting and controlling a mechanical property and a microscopic structure after annealing.

The vibration suppression method includes: obtaining a first amplitude-frequency relationship during a vibration process of a rolling mill roller assembly vibration suppression system; based on the first amplitude-frequency relationship, determining two time domain relationships and two second amplitude-frequency relationships by a simulation analysis; based on the two time domain and relationships two second amplitude-frequency relationships, adjusting parameters of the vibration damping device until a vibration displacement of the rolling mill roller assembly vibration suppression system is less than or equal to a vibration displacement threshold. And provides a new solution for the stability control of the rolling mill, and ensures the reliability and stability of the vibration suppression of the rolling mill.

Abstract: A pulse current processing apparatus includes a bidirectional tension and pulse current application apparatus, a real-time thin metal strip shape detection apparatus and a supporting base. In the apparatus, the tension is applied in the rolling direction and the transverse direction to effectively improve the strip shape flaws of the thin metal strip, and realize the rapid straightening of the thin metal strip; at the same time, the stress status of the thin metal strip is changed by applying the pulse current along the rolling direction or the transverse direction or applying different tensions in two directions; secondly, compared with the conventional heat-preservation heating and annealing apparatus, the pulse current can realize high-efficiency control of mechanical properties of the thin metal strip, and rapidly eliminate the internal stress; further, the strip shape is monitored by the laser ranging to ensure the strip shape consistency of the thin metal strip.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pulse current assisted uncanned rolling method for titanium-TiAl composite plates, including the following specific steps: 1. preparing titanium alloy sheets; 2. preparing TiAl alloy sheets; 3. uncanned lay-up; 4. pulse current assisted hot-rolling; 5. separation and subsequent processing, thus getting the titanium-TiAl composite plates. The composite plates are of good quality on the surface without oxide layer shedding, no cracks at the edges and the ends, with uniform and fine microstructures, good bonding interface and excellent mechanical properties.
