The long-chain compound is a long-chain alkyl alcohol having an OH value of 10-120 mgKOH/g or a long-chain alkyl carboxylic acid having an acid value of 5-120 mgKOH/g and is contained so as to satisfy a condition of the following formula (1) or formula (2): Formula (1) acid value of binder resin +OH value of long-chain alkyl alcohol >(¼)×OH value of binder resin, or Formula (2) acid value of binder resin +acid value of long-chain alkyl carboxylic acid >(¼)×OH value of binder resin.
