    摘要: An endoscope apparatus includes: an imaging portion imaging a subject to generate image data; a designation portion designating a position in an image based on the image data; an image processing portion processing the image data such that an enlarged image obtained by enlarging an image in a second region including the designated position overlaps a first region including the designated position designated by the designation portion; a display portion displaying the enlarged image and the image of the subject based on the image data processed by the image processing portion and displays a cursor at the designated position on the enlarged image; and a measurement processing portion performing measurement on the basis of a measurement position indicated by the cursor by using the image data generated by the imaging portion. The enlarged image displayed on the display portion moves according to movement of the cursor.

The measurement processing unit includes: a reference point-designating unit that designates two reference points on the measurement object; an approximate-outline—calculating unit that calculates an approximate outline by approximating the outline of the measurement object based on the reference points; and a loss-composing points-calculating unit that calculates loss-composing points that constitute a loss outline formed on the measurement object based on the reference points and the approximate outline. This enables loss size measurement upon designating two reference points, thereby reducing complex operations and improving operability.

The measuring endoscope apparatus further includes a measuring section that calculates a size of the mark indicating a size of the object based on the object distance and a view angle of the endoscope.     摘要: A piston has a generally cylindrical-shaped roller and a blade that is integrally formed with the roller. The piston 4 performs a swing motion while orbitally revolving within a cylinder chamber of a cylinder. A light-load side portion of an inner circumferential sliding surface of the roller is provided as a small-width portion which is smaller in width than a heavy-load side large-width portion. The small-width portion is formed over a range from a point A resulting from a 30° displacement to a point B resulting from a 180° displacement in a rotational direction of the drive shaft from a base point which is given by a joining point O of the roller with the blade. The piston 4 orbitally revolves within the horizontal plane, and the small-width portion of the roller serves as an oil sump in such a manner that upper side portion of the inner circumferential sliding surface is cut out.
