摘要: A resin material layer including photosensitive resin material is formed on an interlayer on an underlayer. By partially exposing and developing the resin material layer using developer in which the resin material layer and the interlayer are soluble, an uncured portion of the resin material layer is removed to form an opening penetrating to the interlayer, and the developer infiltrates into the interlayer via the opening to remove at least surfaces of first and second portions of the interlayer. The first portion corresponds to the opening. The second portion surrounds the first portion. Each bank is formed by heating a remaining portion of the resin material layer to soften an overhanging portion above a space formed by the surface of the second portion being removed, so that the overhanging portion flows downward to fill the space, cover an exposed portion of the interlayer, and contact the underlayer or the interlayer.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a technology that a microcomputer is capable of detecting the states of a large number of switches with a small number of ports. In a microcomputer system according to the present invention, any one of (2N−1) kinds of the combination patterns with respect to the combination of N input ports (IP1 to IP4) of a microcomputer (1) is allocated to each of M push-down switches (SW12, SW13, SW14, SW23, SW24, and SW34) with the different combination from each push-down switch. Each push-down switch inverts the input levels of the input ports in the combination pattern allocated thereto when pushed down. The microcomputer (1) detects the state of each push-down switch on the basis of the input levels of the N input ports.

摘要: A die-cutting blade can form smooth die-cut lines in case-forming blanks which are less likely to injure hands, even if touched by the hands. A strip-plate-shaped steel blade plate has a pair of chamfers formed on opposite side surfaces of the blade plate, respectively, so as to extend from one side edge of the blade plate at substantially equal inclination angles. The chamfers define a cutting edge along the one side edge. The cutting edge has a composite wave pattern formed from a small wave pattern bent to have a wave shape within the range of the thickness of the blade plate, and a large wave pattern formed by a large undulation in the small wavy edge toward opposite side surfaces of the blade plate over its entire length within the range of the thickness of the blade plate, in order to provide smooth die-cut lines.
