摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmitting section 102 driving an ultrasonic probe; a receiving section 103 receiving an ultrasonic echo, produced by getting an ultrasonic wave reflected by a subject, at the probe to generate a received signal; a tissue tracking section 105 for tracking the motion of each tissue of the subject based on the received signal and outputting location tracking information; a radius and wall thickness calculating section calculating the radius and wall thickness of the blood vessel; a tissue attribute value calculating section 108 calculating radial and circumferential elasticities of the vascular wall of the vessel based on information about the blood pressure of the subject provided externally, the tracking information, and the radius and wall thickness of the vessel; and a display section 107 presenting the radial and circumferential elasticities. While the transmitting section and the receiving section are transmitting or receiving the ultrasonic wave, the tissue attribute value calculating section calculates the radial elasticities one after another based on the tracking information and the information about the blood pressure, and the display section presents the radial elasticities. But while the transmission and reception of the ultrasonic waves are suspended, the tissue attribute value calculating section calculates the circumferential elasticity based on the tracking information, the information about the blood pressure, and the radius and wall thickness of the blood vessel and the display section presents the circumferential elasticities.

摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention is designed to measure a vascular wall. The apparatus includes: a transmitting section that drives a probe to transmit an ultrasonic wave toward a subject including a blood vessel; a receiving section that receives an ultrasonic echo, produced by getting the ultrasonic wave reflected by the subject, at the probe to generate a received signal; a tomographic image processing section for generating an image signal based on the received signal to present the tomographic image of the subject on a display section; a first borderline generating section for determining a first type of borderline based on the tomographic image presented on the display section; and a second borderline generating section for generating at least one borderline of a second type by translating the first type of borderline.

摘要: The present invention aims at providing an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of acquiring more accurate tissue character values such as strain, an average elastic modulus, and an average viscosity.The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of the present invention detects tissue boundaries of a subject in accordance with a received signal based on an ultrasonic echo from a receiving section 103, by means of a boundary detection section 110; and tracks motions of the tissue boundaries of the subject by means of a tissue tracking section 108. A tissue character value computing section 109 computes tissue character values of the subject from the motions of the tissue boundaries of the subject tracked by the tissue tracking section 108 and a blood pressure value of the subject acquired from a blood pressure value acquisition section 112.

摘要: The present invention aims at providing an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus capable of displaying a stable spatial distribution of elastic characteristics for each hear beat without depending on the accuracy or stability of measurement of blood pressure and without involvement of measurement of blood pressure.In an ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus of the present invention, an ultrasonic reflected wave transmitted from an ultrasonic probe 13 and reflected by biomedical tissue is input to a computing section 19 by way of a receiving section 15, a delay time control section 16, a phase detection section 17, and a filter section 18. In accordance with the phase detection signal acquired from the phase detection section 17, the computing section 19 computes a relative elastic characteristic which is an elastic characteristic normalized by an elastic characteristic of an arbitrary reference area in the biomedical tissue. A distribution of relative elastic characteristics computed by the computing section is displayed on a display section 21.

摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention includes: a transmitting section for driving an ultrasonic probe that transmits an ultrasonic wave toward a subject's tissue; a receiving section for receiving a reflected wave, produced by getting the ultrasonic wave reflected by the tissue of the organism, through the ultrasonic probe to generate a received signal; a plurality of filters for extracting multiple signal components, belonging to mutually different frequency bands, from the received signal; a plurality of phase detecting sections for detecting the respective phases of the multiple signal components; and a tissue tracking section for tracking the motion of the subject's tissue on the basis of the phases, thereby outputting tracking information.

At least one of the greatest thickness difference, strain and elastic property is calculated based on a difference between the maximum and minimum thicknesses or thickness variations.

摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a positional displacement calculating section for calculating the magnitudes of positional displacements at multiple measuring points within a body tissue; a thickness variation calculating section for calculating thicknesses or thickness variations, each measured between two arbitrary points within the tissue set with respect to the measuring points, based on the magnitudes of positional displacements; and a maximum/minimum value calculating section for finding the maximum and minimum thicknesses or thickness variations during a maximum value finding period and a minimum value finding period. At least one of the greatest thickness difference, strain and elastic property is calculated based on a difference between the maximum and minimum thicknesses or thickness variations.
