摘要： The rotation of the band in relation to a boot to be fastened is prevented, so that reduction of the boot-fastening force is prevented, thereby preventing leakage of grease from a boot to be fastened, and so that boot-bands can be manufactured simply. An endless boot-fixing band 1 is formed as an endless ring, and is reduced in diameter by plastic deformation so as to fasten a boot by applying pressure onto said boot's outer surface. The boot band is formed entirely of an Al—Mg—Si alloy, and a surface-pressure-altering part 3, which changes the surface pressure for fastening the boot, is formed on the inner surface of the band.

摘要： Provided is a hinge device which allows the display device to be watched at an arbitrary angle, thus enabling all the passengers to watch the display at an optimum angle, which helps to achieve an improvement in terms of quality and reliable dropping (opening) by causing the dropping (opening) movement of the display device due to its own weight to be reliable and gentle in the range from the start to an angle of approximately 30°, and which helps to achieve an improvement in terms of operational feel in the free stop range, thus allowing light operation. The hinge device for connecting one member and another member so that the one member and the other member can open and close includes: a bracket which is fixed to one member; a shaft which is rotatably attached to the bracket and which is fixed to another member; a braking member which is attached to the shaft so that the braking member is non-rotatable but axially movable and which is held in sliding contact with the bracket and adapted to make mutual relative rotation; and a plate spring member which is attached to the shaft so that the plate spring member is non-rotatable but axially movable and which holds the braking member in press contact with the bracket. A surface of the bracket held in sliding contact with the braking member is provided with a recessed groove one end portion of which is formed as a tapered portion, with the surface of the braking member held in sliding contact with the bracket being provided with a protrusion coming into sliding contact with a sliding contact surface, a recessed groove, and a tapered portion of the bracket, the protrusion having a flat top portion at least one end of which is formed as a tapered portion continuous with the flat top portion.

摘要： A boot-band, of which the ear portion is highly rigid, that lowers the prominence of the ear portion. An outer overlap portion and an inner overlap portion are fixed together by inserting hooking claws into holes, with the band-body being curled into the shape of a ring. In a region of the band-body in the circumferential direction is formed an ear portion that has a pair of outwardly prominent leg portions and a bridge portion that connects the leg portions. At the opposite ends of the bridge portion, along a line that is perpendicular to the circumference, are formed rib-like parts that are inwardly bent and between which is formed a dowel portion. The rib-like parts are so arc-shaped that the inward prominence, which protrudes into the ear portion, increases toward the middle of the bridge portion in the clamping direction. The length of the rib-like parts is not long enough for the rib-like parts to reach the curved portions, but is 60% or more of the length of the bridge portion.

Also, a groove for running screw is formed in the base so as to prevent said running screw from wobbling in the circumferential direction.

摘要： The boot band is made of a belt-like metal band body having first and second ends, and includes first and second caulking portions which are plastically deformed during assembly. An engage nail is provided at the top end of a leg portion of the first caulking portion. The second caulking portion includes of first and second projection walls, and a receive hole in which the engage nail is inserted is formed in the second projection wall. When the winding diameter of the band body is decreased to some extent, the second caulking portion is inserted inside the first caulking portion, and the engage nail and the receive hole are engaged with each other. In this state, the first and second caulking portions are integrally deformed plastically by a tool.

摘要： A boot band includes a locking hole formed in an outer overlapping portion of a band body, a locking nail formed on an inner overlapping portion, and an ear portion which can be plastically deformed into a shape that decreases the circumferential length of the band body. When being inserted in the locking hole, the locking nail can move between an engaging position to engage with a ridge of the locking hole and a disengaging position to disengage from the ridge. A narrow portion is formed at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the locking hole to restrain the locking nail from returning from the engaging position to the disengaging position side.
