    摘要: A manufacturing system is provided. The manufacturing system may include a manufacturing apparatus and a dispensing apparatus. The dispensing apparatus may be configured to dispense a support material to act as a temporary fixture to support a component during manufacturing operations conducted thereon. The dispensing apparatus may dispense the support material in a liquid phase, and the support material may thereafter transition to a solid phase to support the component. After completion of the manufacturing operations, the component may be returned to the dispensing apparatus, wherein the component may be dipped in a heat transfer fluid that may cause the support material to transition back to the liquid phase for reuse. Related apparatuses and methods are also provided.

Two guide rails are parallel to a first direction and, for each guide rail, a carriage moves in translation on the guide rail. For each carriage, a cam carrier moves in translation parallel to the first direction and has a cam, the two ends of which are distant in a fitting-together direction. An assembly bar carries a series of first cavities, each end of which is mounted in one of the two cams. A series of second cavities are provided. An activation device moves the cam carriers and, for each carriage, a locking device locks the carriage alternatively with the cam carrier and the guide rail.

    摘要: Disclosed are a method and an installation for producing steel products (1) having an optimum surface quality, especially extremely low carbon contents (UCL steel or IF steel), nitrogen contents, total oxygen contents, high-strength or stainless steel qualities. According to the invention, the liquid steel is cast into a thin slab (5a) from a process route (10, 11, 12, or 13) that is selected according to the desired final structure (9) based on an electric-arc furnace (2b), is descaled, cut into billets (15) having a partial length, optionally descaled once again, subjected to final descaling downstream from a holding furnace (16), milled in a finishing mill train (6a), rolled up in a rolling station (20) located downstream from the last finishing mill stand (19) or downstream from a cooling section (21), and the final structure (9) is adjusted in the cooling section (21) according to the desired steel quality by cooling on a run-out roller table (22), whereupon the rolling stock (1a) is completely rolled up in a second rolling station (23).

    摘要: The present invention provides an improved system and method for casting toilets. In the disclosed method, at least one of a shell, engine and rim configuration for a toilet is provided, wherein the configuration is selected from a plurality of shell, engine and rim configurations defined by a corresponding plurality of shell, engine and rim molds. Each mold defines a casting space therewithin for casting the selected configuration therefrom. Each shell configuration includes a hollow housing space for disposition of a unique sanitaryware performance engine configuration therewithin. While still greenware, the cast engine is disposed in the shell housing space to form at least one shell and engine assembly thereby. Subsequently, and while also in a green state, the cast rim is assembled with the shell and engine assembly and the entire shell, engine and rim assembly is fired to form a single integral piece of sanitaryware. In the corresponding system, a series of casting stations is provided that defines a casting sequence, wherein each said station performs a specific casting step. The selected configuration is sequentially directed to at least one station selected from the series of stations where at least one casting step is performed. Sequential direction and casting steps are repeated until a predetermined number of toilets are produced.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method and equipment for producing a rail, the method and equipment being capable of lowering a bend at an end of a rail effectively and the truncation amount thereof. The present invention is a method for producing a rail, characterized by: cooling a hot-rolled mother rail to an ordinary temperature substantially while the length thereof after the hot rolling is maintained; and thereafter cutting the mother rail simultaneously in a predetermined length with at least three cold-sawing machines. Further, the present invention is equipment for producing a rail, characterized by equipped with: a transfer bed capable of moving a mother rail cooled to an ordinary temperature substantially while the length thereof after hot rolling is maintained in the rolling direction and/or in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction; and at least three cold-sawing machines disposed in parallel with each other on said transfer bed.
