Moreover, the optical apparatus has such spectroscope in which temperature is compensated.

摘要： A dispersion element includes a prism having a first transmission surface and an oppositely disposed second transmission surface, and an optical element having a third transmission surface and an oppositely disposed diffraction optical surface on which a diffraction grating is arranged. The prism and the optical element are integrated into one body by cementing the first transmission surface to the third transmission surface. The third transmission surface and the diffraction optical surface are non-parallel to each other in a plane perpendicular to grooves of the diffraction grating.

摘要： Provided is a wavelength selective switch, which includes: an input/output unit; a dispersive portion; a condensing optical system; and the deflection portion. The input/output unit has input/output ports. The dispersive portion disperses signal light incident from the input/output ports. The condensing optical system condenses a plurality of signal light beams dispersed by the dispersive portion. The deflection portion has a plurality of deflection elements. The deflection elements deflect, along a second direction, the signal light beams condensed by the condensing optical system. In the condensing optical system, the aberration amount of the meridional component in a sagittal coma aberration remains substantially constant irrespective of an angle formed between the optical axis of the condensing optical system and a signal light beam incident on the condensing optical system from the input/output portion, at an incident position of the incident signal light beam at a certain height in the second direction.

摘要： A wavelength selection switch (1) equipped with: an input/output unit (10) having multiple input/output ports that input/output signal light; a light-collecting mirror (14) arranged in the light path of the signal light from the input/output unit; a dispersion element (13) having a dispersion part and a non-dispersion part that does not have a dispersion effect; and multiple deflection elements (16) arranged in the direction in which the signal light is dispersed. The light-collecting mirror (14) causes the signal light from the input/output unit (10) to enter the dispersion part of the dispersion element (13), and the light that is dispersed by the dispersion element (13) is collected in the deflection elements (16) through the non-dispersion part of the dispersion element (13). Furthermore, the deflection elements (16) deflect the collected light such that the light is emitted from a prescribed input/output port of the multiple input/output ports.

摘要： Disclosed is a heat dissipation device which is reduced in the number of components, while having sufficient insulating function and cooling function with respect to an object to be cooled. The heat dissipation device includes a base that is formed from a ceramic and a refrigerant channel for circulating a refrigerant within the base. The base is formed by sintering a stacked body in which a plurality of ceramic sheets are stacked. The plurality of ceramic sheets include the ceramic sheet which is provided with a plurality of slits that constitute the refrigerant channel, and the ceramic sheets which are provided with communication paths that communicate the refrigerant channel and outside units with each other. A semiconductor device is configured by bonding a metal plate, on which a semiconductor element is mounted, to the heat dissipation device.
