    摘要: The present invention relates to a ball chain used by being integrated to, for example, a ball endless track of a linear guide device for endless sliding in which a number of balls are arranged in one row and rollably held, particularly to a ball chain which is most pertinent to a linear guide device having a ball rolling groove in a shape of a Gothic arch. According to the ball chain, the number of balls are arranged in one row and the balls are held rollably, each of the balls is pinched by a pair of spherical seats and the spherical seats are connected to each other by flange portions to thereby constitute a ball holding unit and a plurality of the ball holding units are connected in a shape of a rosary by a flexible connecting portion. Further, the spherical seats and the flange portions are molded by a resin material whereas the connecting portion is formed by a material having a tensile strength larger than that of the resin material.

    摘要: A spindle driving mechanism 5 for a machine tool includes a screw shaft 11 formed with a spiral thread groove 11a in the outer peripheral surface thereof; a ball screw nut 12 that is provided with a spiral nut groove corresponding to the thread groove 11a in the inner surface thereof, and that is configured so as to perform reciprocating motion in the axis direction of the screw shaft 11 with the rotational motion of the screw shaft 11 around the axis; a hollow motor 21 including a cylindrical inner rotor 22 fixedly provided on the outer peripheral surface of the ball screw nut 12 to serve as a field flux producing source, and a cylindrical outer stator 23 for generating a rotating magnetic field for giving a rotational driving force to the inner rotor 22; a cylindrical casing 31 on one end side of which the outer stator 23 is fixedly provided and on the other end side of which a spindle 51 for the machine tool is fixedly provided; and an outer cylinder 41 for guiding the reciprocating motion of the casing 31 in the axis direction. By this configuration, an improved spindle driving mechanism used for a machine tool can be obtained.

    摘要: A sealing member for a rolling device is applied to a rolling device with inner and outer members and a plurality of rolling members between so the rolling members can roll to allow relative rotational or linear movement of the outer member with respect to the inner member. The sealing member includes an inner and outer lip parts that press the inner and outer members, respectively. The outer lip part is less rigid than the inner lip part. The sealing member may have a substantially circular shape and surround the inner member. Alternatively, the sealing member may have a substantially plate-like shape and extend in a direction of relative movement of the outer member with respect to the inner member. The sealing member for a rolling device configured as described above and a rolling device provided with the sealing member can be adequately used even in a hostile environment.

When the sun gear is rotated, the nut members perform planetary motion inside the internal tooth gear, by which the screw shafts are reciprocally moved in axial directions thereof.
