摘要: A hermetic compressor of the present invention is provided with one or more small holes 17 formed in the shell of the suction muffler 16 formed with a low thermal conductivity material such as synthetic resin. The small holes 17 are positioned at nodes 18 in a vibration mode for the resonance frequency of the space formed in the hermetic shell, so that amplification of the resonance sound of the space in the hermetic shell 1 is suppressed. Furthermore, a shortage of the refrigerant is supplemented by the refrigerant gas sucked from the hermetic shell 1 through the small holes 17 when it occurs due to a suction loss caused by the resistance of the flow path for guiding a high density refrigerant gas from the suction tube into the cylinder 8 according to the circulation of the refrigerant.

摘要: An electric compressor includes a shaft with a forward leading groove and a reverse leading groove both engraved on its outer wall. When a motor rotates forward, the forward leading groove pumps up lubricant through a centrifugal pump thereby lubricating sliding sections of the compressor. The reverse leading groove has a lead directing opposite to that of the forward leading groove, and when the motor rotates reversely due to some reason, the reverse leading groove pumps up the lubricant through the centrifugal pump thereby lubricating the sliding sections.

摘要: The present invention provides an hermetic electric compressor capable of stably supplying oil to a compression chamber with a low noise level. The hermetic electric compressor has a closed vessel, an electric element, a compressing element that is disposed over the electric element and driven by the electric element, and an oil reservoir. The hermetic electric compressor also has an oil supply mechanism for supplying the oil from the oil reservoir to the compressing element in the closed vessel, and a suction muffler that communicates with a refrigerant suction part for sucking a refrigerant into the compressing element and is formed of a box body having a predetermined spatial volume. The suction muffler is positioned below the position where the oil is supplied into the closed vessel, and the box body has at least one oil suction port used for sucking a predetermined amount of oil.

摘要: A method for preparing an active substance for positive electrode in non-aqueous electrolytic secondary cells making use of a lithium or lithium alloy negative electrode is described. The method comprises providing an amorphous citrate complex of lithium and a transition metal and firing the complex at a predetermined temperature to obtain an active substance. The citrate complex is obtained by preparing an aqueous mixed solution of lithium hydroxide or carbonate, a water-soluble transition metal salt and citric acid and dehydrating the mixed solution to obtain an amorphous citrate complex. The complex is then fired at a temperature ranging from 300.degree. to 900.degree. C. to obtain an active substance.

摘要: In a method of manufacturing a catalyst material to be used for burning carbon, a hydrothermal treatment is applied to NaAlO2 and Ag2O at a temperature of 150° C. or more to obtain delafossite-type AgAlO2 containing an Ag compound, and an excess amount of the Ag compound is removed by washing the delafossite-type AgAlO2 containing the Ag compound. As a result, a manufacturing method of a catalyst material that can burn soot at low temperature can be provided without corroding a honeycomb structure for supporting.
