    摘要: A perimeter capable of objectively adding useful testing points without relying on an operator's intuitional judgment, and capable of performing a reliable test of the field of vision without imposing a useless burden on a subject. The perimeter includes a CPU 11 and a display portion 18. The CPU 11 forms data, which include estimated values, on a visual field characteristic distribution by making an interpolation between tested values of a subject's eye which are obtained by exhibiting a plurality of targets. The display portion 18 displays an unreliable distribution WP indicating a domain estimated to be distant from the tested values on the basis of data on the visual field characteristic distribution and data, which include the tested values, on a distribution of an estimated neighborhood of the tested values.

    摘要: A retinal disease analyzer processes data obtained by processing a color retinal image and measured visual field data provided by a perimeter to detect the condition of the optic disc and defects in the nerve fiber bundles for the clinical analysis of the condition of the optic disc and the defects in the nerve fiber bundles, and combines detected information on a fundus coordinate system taking into consideration the arrangement of the nerve fiber bundles for the comprehensive analysis of the condition and the degree of progress of glaucoma. The detected information is analyzed on the basis of the distribution pattern of the nerve fiber bundles or the corresponding fundus coordinate system to integrate all the data for analysis. The condition and the degree of progress of glaucoma can be determined on the basis of the integrated data.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a perimetric instrument for measuring a range of a visual field of an eye of a man, and more particularly to a perimetric instrument which includes an abnormal visual field pattern analogical inferring section using a multilayer neural network and can analogically infer an abnormal visual field pattern of a measurement object person. Further, the present invention provides a perimetric instrument which can automatically make a determination of an additional target. In particular, according to the present invention, a multilayer neural network including an input layer, hidden layers and an output layer introduces a neural weight ratio which is determined based on responses when the visual field is normal and abnormal, and as a response from a responding section is inputted to the input layer while an output from the output layer is sent out to an analogical inferring section, the analogical inferring section can analogically infer an abnormal visual field pattern of the measurement object person. Accordingly, it is possible to help judgment of an abnormal visual field pattern by a measurer, and since also labor, time and so forth of the measurer are reduced, burdens to the measurer and them easurement object person can be reduced remarkably.
