    摘要: Provided is a float valve device which allows a valve to be quickly opened when, in a state in which a float has been raised as a result of a rise in fuel liquid level to close the valve, the fuel liquid level is lowered again. The float valve device includes a housing, a float accommodated in the housing, a movable valve adapted to abut a valve seat to close an opening, and a retention frame to retain the movable valve so as to allow the movable valve to ascend/descend by a predetermined distance and to incline with respect to the float. Further, a circumferentially uneven protrusion is formed on a portion where the retention frame and the movable valve abut each other. When the float is lowered in a valve-closed state, the protrusion first abuts the movable valve to impart a lowering force thereto.

    摘要: A negative pressure cut valve disposed between a feed pipe and a forward pipe includes a main body having a first outer wall and a second outer wall, an urging spring provided on the first outer wall, a diaphragm provided on the main body and actuated by the relative action of the force of the urging spring and the inner pressure on the feed pipe side to produce an opening action in the state in which the inner pressure on the feed pipe side rises is above the inner pressure on the forward pipe side and a closing action in the other pressure state, and a valve provided on the main body and actuated to produce an opening action in the state in which the inner pressure on the feed pipe side falls below the inner pressure on the forward pipe side and a closing action in the other pressure state. The first outer wall has a first atmospheric vent formed therein. The second outer wall is disposed around the periphery of the first atmospheric vent and enabled jointly with the first outer wall to define an empty space for precluding intrusion of extraneous substances. The empty space has a capacity at least above an operating capacity of the diaphragm. The second outer wall has a second atmospheric vent formed therein and endowed with a function of releasing pressure and a function of discharging water.

A protruding portion is provided on the upper portion of the float, and a receiving portion on which the protruding portion abuts is provided on a lower surface of the movable valve. A center hole is provided in a center of the receiving portion. When the float comes up, a peripheral portion of a top portion of the protruding portion of the float is adapted to abut on an inner circumference periphery of the center hole.

    摘要: A cut valve with a check valve includes a body case, a cap member, positive and negative pressure valves, and first and second springs. The body case defines a vent hole. The cap member is fitted to an upper portion of the body case. The positive pressure valve is made of resin, defines an opening part, and is disposed to be contactable with and separable from the vent hole from above. The first spring is disposed on the positive pressure valve and presses the positive pressure valve in a direction in which the positive pressure valve closes the vent hole. The negative pressure valve is made of resin and is disposed to be contactable with and separable from the opening part from below. The second spring presses the negative pressure valve in a direction in which the negative pressure valve closes the opening part.
