摘要: A solar battery module comprises a substrate over a surface of which a solar battery unit is formed, and a resin structure which contacts the substrate and which covers a part of a side surface and a back surface of the substrate. The resin structure comprises a resin and a buffer material having a lower thermal expansion coefficient than the resin, and a mixture ratio of the buffer material with respect to the resin is reduced as a distance from the substrate is increased.
