摘要： The present invention provides an organic semiconductor element which has a low hygroscopic property and whose property is hardly deteriorated with time and an electronic device and electronic equipment each provided with such an organic semiconductor element and having high reliability. The organic semiconductor element of the present invention includes: a source electrode 20a; a drain electrode 20b; a gate electrode 50; a gate insulating layer 40; an organic semiconductor layer 30; and a buffer layer (another insulating layer) 60, wherein at least one of the gate insulating layer 40 and the buffer layer 60 contains an insulating polymer with a main chain having both end portions and including repeating units represented by the following general formula (1) or (2): where R1 and R2 are the same or different and each of R1 and R2 is a divalent linkage group, and Y is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom.

摘要： An HUD apparatus is configured to irradiate light for forming an image on a transmissive reflector provided in a movable body, and to display a virtual image in a display area to overlap the virtual image with scenery outside the movable body. A given distance range in the scenery from a reference point that is set in the movable body is included in the display area, and a difference between a first convergence angle to a target object (e.g., road surface) that is present in the given distance range and a second convergence angle to the virtual image displayed in the display area is at most one degree.

摘要： An imaging device includes a three-axis acceleration detector, an inclination calculator to calculate an amount of inclination of the imaging device according to an output value of the acceleration detector, a determining element to determine whether or not the imaging device is dropping or receiving an impact according to the output value of the acceleration detector, a mode switching element to set the acceleration detector to be in either an electronic level mode or an impact detection mode by changing at least one of a measuring range and a sampling rate of the acceleration detector, and a storing element to store detected acceleration data in time series. When the determining element determines that the imaging device has dropped or received an impact in the impact detection mode, the storing element stores acceleration data detected at a time when the drop or impact has occurred.
