摘要: Vision Transformers (ViT) have shown their competitive advantages performance-wise compared to convolutional neural networks (CNNs) though they often come with high computational costs. Methods, systems and techniques herein learn instance-dependent attention patterns, utilizing a lightweight connectivity predictor module to estimate a connectivity score of each pair of tokens. Intuitively, two tokens have high connectivity scores if the features are considered relevant either spatially or semantically. As each token only attends to a small number of other tokens, the binarized connectivity masks are often very sparse by nature providing an opportunity to accelerate the network via sparse computations. Equipped with the learned unstructured attention pattern, sparse attention ViT produces a superior Pareto-optimal trade-off between FLOPs and top-1 accuracy on ImageNet compared to token sparsity (48%˜69% FLOPs reduction of MHSA; accuracy drop within 0.4%). Combining attention and token sparsity reduces VIT FLOPs by over 60%.

摘要: A system and method provide feedback to guide a user to arrange components of a surgical robotic system in a suitable arrangement for the surgical procedure to be performed. An image of a medical procedure site at which a robotic manipulator and a second object such as a second robotic manipulator, patient table, patient, and bedside staff are located. The image is displayed for a user. The system uses computer vision to recognize the robotic manipulator and second object in the image and determine their relative positions. Based on the type of surgical procedure that is to be performed, the system determines a target position for the robotic manipulator and/or the second object, and displays, as an overlay to the displayed image, a graphical indication of the target position.

摘要: A semantic-based method and apparatus for retrieving a perspective image, an electronic device and a computer-readable storage medium are provided. An method includes obtaining a perspective image for a space containing an inspected object therein. A semantic division on the perspective image is performed using a first method, to obtain a plurality of semantic region units. A feature extraction network is constructed using a second method. Based on the perspective image and each of the plurality of semantic region units, a feature of each semantic region unit is extracted using the feature extraction network. Based on the feature of each semantic region unit, an image most similar to the semantic region unit is retrieved from an image feature database, to assist in determining an inspected object in the semantic region unit.

摘要: Provided is a main terminal capable of entering the same virtual space as a sub terminal present in a visually-recognizable position in real space. The main terminal comprises: a sub-terminal detector acquiring a terminal identifier from each of the sub terminals; a sub-terminal selector selecting one of the sub terminals according to operator operation; a sub-terminal communicator acquiring, from the selected sub terminal, a server address of a virtual space server to which the selected sub terminal is logged in; and a server accessor logging in to the virtual space server with the acquired server address, and enters a same virtual space as the sub terminal. The server accessor preferably accesses a virtual space server located on an external network via a wide-area communication, a locally-placed virtual space server via a narrow-area communication, or a virtual space server installed in the sub terminal via a narrow-area communication.

摘要: Methods and apparatuses are provided for use in monitoring product placement within a shopping facility. Some embodiments provide an apparatus configured to determine product placement conditions within a shopping facility, comprising: a transceiver configured to wirelessly receive communications; a product monitoring control circuit coupled with the transceiver; a memory coupled with the control circuit and storing computer instructions that when executed by the control circuit cause the control circuit to: obtain a composite three-dimensional (3D) scan mapping corresponding to at least a select area of the shopping facility and based on a series of 3D scan data; evaluate the 3D scan mapping to identify multiple product depth distances; and identify, from the evaluation of the 3D scan mapping, when one or more of the multiple product depth distances is greater than a predefined depth distance threshold from the reference offset distance of the product support structure.

摘要: A method of spawning a digital island in a three-dimensional environment is disclosed. Data describing a three-dimensional environment is accessed. The data is partitioned into a plurality of contexts based on properties identified in the data, the properties corresponding to surfaces or objects in the three-dimensional environment. One or more values of one or more traits corresponding to a context of the plurality of context are identified. A digital island is matched to the context. The matching includes analyzing one or more conditions associated with the digital island with respect to the one or more values of the one or more traits corresponding to the context. Based on the matching, the spawning of the digital island is performed in the three-dimensional environment for the context.
