An electroluminescent layer whose color purity and emission efficiency are to be improved is stacked as a first layer on a substrate, and is interposed between a reflective electrode layer and a semi-reflective electrode, and then light extracted from the electroluminescent layer is intensified by interference between a reflective surface in the reflective electrode layer and a reflective surface in the semi-reflective electrode.

The organic light-emitting device includes a hole transport layer and a light-emitting layer which are located in a predetermined order between a reflection electrode for reflecting light and an electrode for transmitting light, the hole transport layer being in contact with the reflection electrode and made of an organic compound, and the light-emitting layer being made of an organic compound, wherein an optical film thickness L of the hole transport layer is set in a range of 0.25λ×(2n −1.7) to 0.25λ×(2n−1.3), where λ indicates an emission wavelength and n indicates a positive integer.

    摘要: An electronically controlled carburetor for an internal combustion engine for a vehicle has a variable venturi for varying the venturi cross-section and concurrently varying the amount of air metered into the venturi in response to the engine demands an air flow sensor for sensing the displacement of the variable venturi and producing related electrical signals in response to changes in air flow through the venturi, a main fuel nozzle for discharging metered fuel into the venturi, a fuel flow sensor for sensing pressure differential of fuel across a main fuel jet communicating with the main fuel nozzle and for producing related electrical signals in response to changes in fuel flow through the main fuel jet, an air bleed controlling actuator for controlling the amount of air to be bled into the main fuel nozzle, and a control circuit responsive to the output signals from the air flow sensor and the fuel flow sensor for driving the air bleed controlling actuator. With this arrangement, the amount of air bleed may be controlled so as to set the ratio of air-to-fuel at an arbitrary fixed value at all times.
