摘要: A liquid crystal (LC) injection device is disclosed in the present invention and includes an LC container, a transporting pipe, a filter and an LC extractor. An inner wall of a bottom in the LC container is a concave shape. The transporting pipe is disposed within the LC container and contacted the inner wall of the bottom in the LC container. The present invention also discloses an LC container. The present invention is to increase the utilization efficiency of the LC container, decrease the LCs waste and enhance the accuracy of the measurement of the remaining LC quantity in the LC bottle.

摘要: The present invention discloses an apparatus for baking a glass substrate, which includes: a baking oven, a support component, a temperature sensing device, a heating device, a cooling device, and a temperature controlling device. The present invention further discloses a method for baking a glass substrate. The present invention is capable of dynamically controlling the temperature of the support component, which contacts the glass substrate. The temperature of the glass substrate keeps identical and the temperature of the support component keep identical, so as to prevent a Mura defect appearing on the glass substrate.

摘要: A liquid crystal panel includes a liquid crystal layer and a substrate. The substrate includes a sealant bonding area, a cutting edge surrounding the sealant bonding area, and an abutting portion disposed between the sealant bonding area and the cutting edge. A height of the abutting portion is less than a thickness of the liquid crystal layer. The present disclosure further provides a manufacturing method of the liquid crystal panel. With the abutting portion disposed outside the sealant, the uncured sealant is limited from flowing to the cutting edge during the process of bonding the TFT substrate and the CF substrate. Thus, the manufacturing process of the liquid crystal panel may not be influenced by the uncured sealant, and the distance L between the sealant and the cutting edge can be shortened to improve the coating precision of the sealant and the utilization rate of the substrate.

摘要: A liquid crystal panel includes an array substrate. The array substrate forms a peripheral circuit area including a COF module crimping area and a shorting bar area located outside the COF module crimping area, the shorting bar area forming at least one detecting circuit being connected to scan lines or data lines on the array substrate and being removed after the liquid crystal panel is detected. In the present disclosure, the at least one detecting circuit formed in the shorting bar area is removed after the liquid crystal panel is detected, thus, a safe area and a laser cutting area located outside the COF module crimping area can be omitted to improve the utilization rate of the liquid crystal panel.

A plurality of grooves arrange at intervals on at least one of two adjacent surfaces on the first substrate and the second substrate, and part of the glue, set up on the grooves, permeates the grooves. the LCD panel in the present invention reduces width of the glue effectively to achieve the design of narrow bezel of the LCD panel by arranging a groove structure in a glue coating area on the substrate surface to increase a contact area between the glue and tie substrate in an adhesion force assurance between the glue and a substrate.

摘要: The manufacturing device for a liquid crystal panel which has a non-displaying area includes a two-dimensional code generating module configured for generating a rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code according to an amount of the data needed to be represented and a two-dimensional forming module configured for forming a photomask according to a figure of the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code and forming the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code on the non-displaying area of the liquid crystal panel. With the manufacturing device of the present disclosure, the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code can be formed on the non-displaying area of the present disclosure. The width of the rectangle-shaped two-dimensional code is less than that of the present square-shaped two-dimensional code used for representing the same data, thus, the width of the non-displaying area can be reduced without reducing the area of the two-dimensional code to allow the liquid crystal display to have a narrow frame.
