    摘要: Improved brake pressure control valve assemblies with a bypass function are proposed which have an axially slidable piston responsive to fluid pressures of two brake fluid circuits, and a pressure reducing valve mounted in the piston for reducing the pressure of one of the two brake fluid circuits. If one of the circuits fails, the piston is adapted to move toward the failed circuit to disable the pressure reducing valve from reducing the pressure of the other of the two circuits.

    摘要: A fluid pressure control unit has a changeover valve and an electromagnetic discharge valve combined with each other so that with the opening and closing of the latter valve, the communication between the inlet leading to the pressure source and the first and second outlets leading to wheel brakes is changed over for normal braking, pressure reduction for antilock control and pressure reincrease. Part of the sleeve of the changeover valve is used as the frame of the discharge valve which functions as a magnetic circuit. This reduces the number of parts, eliminates the need for an O-ring and facilitates maintenance.

    摘要: A flow control valve for use in an antilock control device includes a housing having inlet and outlet ports communicating with a pressure source and a wheel brake, respectively, and a spool slidably mounted in the housing and formed with a channel including an orifice. When the spool is in a first position, a large-flow passage is formed between the inlet and outlet ports. When in another position, a restricted-flow passage is formed between the inlet and outlet ports through the orifice while the large-flow passage is closed. A piston is mounted in the housing on top of the spool. Every time the brake is applied, the piston is adapted to move up and down, thus allowing the spool to slide in the same direction to the first position. Instead of the piston, a sleeve may be disposed between the inner periphery of the housing and the outer periphery of the spool so as to be slidable relative to both the housing and the spool. Every time the brake is applied, the sleeve is adapted to slide against the bias of a spring. In either arrangement, a relative movement takes place between the spool and the housing or the sleeve every time the brake is applied. This will prevent the spool from getting stuck between the first and second positions.

The control fluid pressure is regulated by a regulator in accordance with the deceleration. A brake fluid pressure detector is provided to detect the increase of the brake fluid pressure, opening a shutoff valve. While not braking, the shutoff valve remains closed, so that the control pressure is kept at zero.

    摘要: A small, lightweight, easy-to-assemble brake pressure controller manufactured by integrating a hydraulic circuit block including pumps and pressure regulating solenoid valves, pump-driving motor, and a control block having a built-in electronic control circuit for producing signals for actuating the motor and the solenoid valves. The rotor of the motor is housed in a bore formed in the hydraulic circuit block in which are mounted the plunger pumps and solenoid valves. A rear opening of the motor is closed by the control block. Lead pins extending from a brush holder of the motor and solenoid coils of the solenoid valves extend through a case of the control block, and are electrically connected to an electronic control circuit on a printed circuit board. With this arrangement, it is possible to electrically connect the hydraulic circuit block to the control block without using external lead wires and connectors. The feeding brush and the solenoid coils can be assembled easily by mounting them integrally on the control block beforehand.

    摘要: A brake pressure control device for vehicles is arranged in a pipeline connecting a master cylinder (22) and a wheel brake (23) with an electromagnetic directional control valve (24) which is switchable to any one of a plurality of valve positions by electromagnetic force. The electromagnetic directional control valve (24) is switched between a first valve position and a second valve position. Bidirectional flow of fluid is allowed when the electromagnetic directional control valve is in the first valve position. Unidirectional flow of the fluid is allowed but a reverse flow of the fluid is prevented when the electromagnetic directional control valve is in the second valve position.
