    摘要: A flared connection structure of a pipe end portion is provided. The structure includes a bridge flare with a spool portion with a U-shape or V-shape section that bulges outwardly to define front and rear inclined faces. A ring member with a U-shape cross-section has a rear portion disposed in the pocket between the front and rear inclined faces of the spool portion. The ring member also has a front face disposed between the front inclined face of the spool portion and the pressure receiving seat face of a counterpart joint. A pattern of concentric circles formed by recesses and projections is provided on at least one of the faces of the front portion of the ring member or the pressure receiving seat face of the counterpart joint.

    摘要: A fuel delivery rail assembly for supplying fuel to a plurality of fuel injectors in an engine is provided. The assembly comprises an elongate conduit having a longitudinal fuel passage therein, a fuel inlet pipe, and a plurality of sockets. Outer walls of the conduit include at least one flat or arcuate flexible first absorbing surface, which is smoothly and integrally connected to an arcuate second absorbing surface. The first absorbing surface or the second absorbing surface faces fuel inlet ports of the sockets. The sectional configuration of the conduit can be flat, a telephone receiver shape, a character “T” shape, a corrugation shape, a dumbbell shape or a reverse eye mask shape. Thus, fuel pressure pulsations and shock waves are reduced by abrupt enlargements of fuel passages and bendings of the absorbing surfaces.

    摘要: A fuel delivery rail assembly for supplying fuel to a plurality of fuel injectors in an engine is provided. The assembly includes an elongate conduit having a longitudinal fuel passage therein, a fuel inlet pipe, and a plurality of sockets. One wall of the conduit opposite to the socket mounting wall includes a flat or arcuate flexible absorbing surface. A high-frequency noise suppressing device such as a binding member is fixed within the conduit for connecting the one wall and the socket mounting wall. The binding member includes is comprised of a pipe, a bar or a rigid block. The binding member may be a body portion of an extending socket terminating with the one wall. Thus, fuel pressure pulsations and shock waves are reduced by bending of the absorbing surface, and emission of high-frequency noise is eliminated.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of producing a welded steel tube with excellent inner surface corrosion resistance, in which at least one surface of a steel strip is coated with a first plate layer made of at least one of nickel, cobalt and alloys based on the metals, the plated steel strip is formed into a welded tube with the plated surface being inside, a film-forming material of at least one of tin and tin-based alloys is inserted into the inside of the welded tube and is then heat-treated at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the film-forming material by passing the tube through a continuous heating furnace having a non-oxidizing gas atmosphere therein so that the film forming material as inserted into the welded tube is fused and spread over the first plate layer to form a second plate layer thereon, and the tube is finally cooled. The welded steel tube of the present invention is free from cracks, pin holes, overplated spots and peeling of the plate layer and therefore has excellent corrosion resistance.

    摘要: A connecting structure of an externally resin-coated small-diameter metallic pipe having an excellent corrosion-resistant property with respect to a mating member is provided. According to the present invention, a resin-uncovered portion of the metallic pipe provided for applying an end processing thereon is completely covered with a protective pipe made of a resin material so that the processed pipe can be connected with the mating member without spoiling its anti-chipping property and an anti-splashing property of the metallic pipe over the entire length thereof. With the exception of the end of the metallic pipe corresponding to the margin at least required for applying an end processing on the pipe, the pipe is covered with an extrusion-moldable thick film-like resin and is connected with a mating member by means of a clamp nut assembled to the pipe end so as to be screw-fitted with the mating member. The connecting structure according to this invention features that one end of a resin pipe is fitted about the above-described resin coated layer on the metallic pipe while the other end of the resin pipe is inserted into, or fitted about, the clamp nut and the resin pipe is fixed to the clamp nut at least at a single portion thereof.
