A packaging tool includes: a mounting part including a rectangular mounting surface for mounting an object to be packaged thereon; a pair of one and another pressing pieces provided to be able to bend and stand upward via another pair of bend lines, on another pair of opposed sides of the mounting surface respectively; and a pair of one and another coupling pieces which couple opposed side ends of the one and another pressing pieces to keep a standing state of the one and another standing pieces, and is configured to be able to be housed in a packaging box with the pressing pieces standing and coupled by the pair of coupling pieces. A pair of standing pieces capable of bending and standing upward may be provided on one pair of opposed sides of the mounting part. Since the mounting part is surrounded by the pressing pieces and the coupling pieces, it is possible to effectively prevent rolling of the object to be packaged mounted on the mounting surface.

A small-diameter resin tube connecting structure used as a small-diameter tube connector is provided. The connector comprises: a main body including therein a small-diameter chamber continuous with a communication hole defined by the connecting cylindrical wall at the top end of the main body and a large-diameter chamber formed behind the small-diameter chamber; and a socket having repulsive walls each in the form of a pawl wall and formed integral with, or separately from, the outer periphery of the connector main body whereby the repulsive walls of the socket are brought into engagement with an annular bulged wall of the target resin tube. Further, a thin-wall metallic tube having an annular bulged wall is inserted into at least the connecting end of the resin tube with the metallic tube serving as a reinforcing member for the resin tube. The resin tube may have the annular bulged wall together with the metallic tube by press-working the inserted metallic tube in the axial direction. The connector of the present invention can securely maintain the connection of the target small-diameter tube with the connector for a prolonged period of time, increase the resistance against the draw-out force and manufacture easily and in a simple manner without enlarging the size thereof.

Goals desired by a user are searched based on the search reference data that serve as reference for searching the goals, the order of priority of the goals is determined from a relationship between the data of goals and the data of a reference position, and the data of the thus determined order of priority are indicated. Even when the car is running, therefore, the user is allowed to easily select within a short time the goals that conform to his desire with reference to the order of priority. Accordingly, the user can devote himself to driving. When the goals are to be indicated, a map scale is so determined that the goals are indicated in a predetermined number or in a number not less than the predetermined number, and the goals are indicated on the map of this scale. Therefore, the scale of the map picture indicating the goals is automatically so adjusted, and can be easily discerned by the user. Therefore, the user is liberated from the need to manually adjust the reduced scale.

An injection molding process for forming high strength, long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin, and for holding damage to the pellet-shaped thermoplastic resin to a minimum even when being plasticized, and maintaining the fiber length of pellet-shaped fiber bundles while unwinding the fibers and melting the resin. After the long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin has been heated and melted, pressure is applied to unwind the long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin while melted, and injection molding then performed.

An apparatus for supplying a resin material to molds of a resin press molding machine includes a supply cylinder for supplying the resin material to the molds, resin material charge hopper mounted to the supply cylinder, a plunger for extruding the resin material within the supply cylinder, a drive device for moving forward and backward the plunger in an axial direction, an opening and closing device for opening and closing an opening of a fore end of the supply cylinder, and a die positioned between the opening and closing device and the molds to form the resin material into a predetermined shape.

A mold aligning method and device for a compression molding machine which includes a bed, a plurality of uprights standing upright on the bed, a crown block joined to the tops of the uprights, a slide block guided for vertical sliding movement by the uprights, and a hydraulic cylinder actuator mounted on the crown block to drive the slide block for vertical sliding movement, for maintaining an upper mold attached to the lower surface of the slide block in parallel to a mating lower mold during a compression-molding operation. The mold aligning device includes a plurality of mold position adjusting cylinder actuators disposed on the bed, a plurality of position detectors associated respectively with the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators to detect the strokes of the latter, a hydraulic source for driving the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators, and a control unit for controlling the strokes of the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators with reference to the zero points of the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators determined beforehand. The zero points are determined by placing the upper mold in close contact with the lower mold and extending the piston rods of the mold position adjusting cylinder actuators so that the piston rods are pressed against the lower surface of the slide block. The strokes of the piston rods are controlled during a compression-molding operation so that the upper mold is maintained precisely in parallel with the lower mold.

An injection molding machine is disclosed in which molten resin from an extruder is injected into the cavity of a mold through a nozzle. A runner body disposed between the mold and the extruder has a substantially L-shaped hot runner for supplying the molten resin from the extruder to the mold therethrough. The runner body is pivotably supported by a support assembly and is horizontally slidable relative to the support assembly to accommodate thermal expansion, whereby the nozzle mounted on the runner body can be brought into or out of intimate contact with the mold. To accommodate the thermal expansion of the runner body only toward the extruder, a stopper is provided on the base frame.

According to an error correction method of the present invention, in the case of decoding a code word (104) which is doubly encoded by adding first and second inspection data (102,103) having minimum distances d1 and d2 from other data, respectively, a position Ex of an erasure symbol X for which an error was detected using the second inspection data (103) but the error could not be corrected is regarded as an erasure position, and a pseudo erasure symbol Y for which an error was detected using the second inspection data (103) and the error was corrected is regarded as being erroneously corrected and a position Ey of this pseudo erasure symbol is also regarded as an erasure position in first-time decoding, and erasure corrections for up to (d1−d) pieces of symbols are performed at one time using the first inspection data (102) when performing second-time decoding using these position information Ex and Ey. Thereby, an error correction method having a minimum number of times of decoding can be realized, and the error correction capability can be enhanced.

An audio compression and decompression device of the present invention includes an LPF (102) which cuts off high frequency components existing at a high-frequency band of the digital audio data before compressed which are inputted to an ADPCM circuit (101) when the digital audio data are compressed or decompressed by the ADPCM method, thereby reducing quantization noises on the high-frequency band, occurring in the digital audio data after decompressed due to an increase of the compression ratio. The audio compression and decompression device further includes a controller (103) which can change characteristics of the LPF (102) according to a compression bit rate of the ADPCM circuit (101), thereby configuring the LPF so as to have optimum characteristics suited to the compression bit rate, and can reproduce the audio data in a sound quality that satisfies the user's preference.

The structure includes a bridge flare with a spool portion with a U-shape or V-shape section that bulges outwardly to define front and rear inclined faces. A ring member with a U-shape cross-section has a rear portion disposed in the pocket between the front and rear inclined faces of the spool portion. The ring member also has a front face disposed between the front inclined face of the spool portion and the pressure receiving seat face of a counterpart joint. A pattern of concentric circles formed by recesses and projections is provided on at least one of the faces of the front portion of the ring member or the pressure receiving seat face of the counterpart joint.
