摘要: A device capable of producing an annular magnet or arcuate magnet with excellent dimensional accuracy and magnet performance, of which the mass is not greatly scattered. The device for producing the annular magnet, for example, includes a preforming section for obtaining an annular preformed body from a compound of a mixture of an anisotropic magnet powder and a thermosetting resin, a magnetic field orienting and forming section for obtaining an annular intermediate formed body by subjecting the annular preformed body to orienting and pressure-forming, a main forming section for obtaining an annular magnet by further forming the annular intermediate formed body, and a work transferring section for transferring works. The preforming section is provided with mass measuring means for measuring the mass of the annular preformed body, and a first lower punch of the preforming section is so arranged as to vary the volume of an annular cavity by varying the position thereof, which is before the pressure-forming process with a servomotor based on the mass of preformed body, which has been measured with the mass measuring means.

摘要: An optical disc drive apparatus has: a rotation angle counter cleared when the number of pulses in a frequency multiplied FG signal has reached a value corresponding to one rotation of the disc; a switching sector detector detecting polarity switching locations based on the output signal of an RF processor to clear the rotation angle counter; a switching window signal generator generating a switching window signal having a predetermined width based on the count value; a timing signal generator generating a timing signal for each sector based on the output signal of the RF processor; and a polarity switching signal generator generating a polarity switching signal based on the switching window signal and the timing signal.

摘要: A connector housing of a valve connector integrally has a tube connecting portion on one axial end thereof, a pipe inserting portion on the other axial end thereof, and a valve housing between the tube connecting portion and the pipe inserting portion. A valve housing houses a valve body and a compression spring that biases the valve body in an axial direction into abutment with a housing inner surface. Anti-rotation ribs are provided integrally on an inner peripheral surface of the valve housing. The anti-rotation ribs abut the valve body so as to restrain the valve body from rotating.

摘要: A connector mounting structure has a fluid line component with a connecting hole, a connector mounted to the fluid line component and a positioning mechanism. The connector includes a connecting portion inserted in the connecting hole. The positioning mechanism is arranged between the connecting portion and the fluid line component. The positioning mechanism includes a first engaging portion in the connecting portion and a second engaging portion in the fluid line component. The first and the second engaging portions engage with one another so as to position the connecting portion relative to the connecting hole in the circumferential direction. The positioning mechanism allows to position the connecting portion relative to the connecting hole selectively at any one of a number of the mounting angular positions. The second engaging portion may be formed below the rim portion of an opening of the connecting hole.

摘要: A jitter counter according to the present invention is connected to a PLL circuit for generating a clock signal, which is necessary for signal processing, from a binary signal, and counts jitters of the binary signal. The jitter counter comprises: a determination signal generation circuit which uses an output signal from a VCO constituting the PLL circuit and the like to generate a determination signal that has a given pulse width having the phase center at the position of a pulse edge of the clock signal; a phase determination circuit which at every time when logic inversion of the binary signal occurs, determines whether or not the inversion position is present in a determination section given by the pulse width of the determination signal based on an output signal from a phase comparator constituting the PLL circuit and on the determination signal; a phase counter which counts the number of times that inversion positions of the binary signal are not present in the determination section (or times that inversion positions of the binary signal are present in the determination section) based on an output signal from the phase determination circuit, wherein a count value of the phase counter is output as a jitter count value.

A fuel hose for a vehicle having an inner wall layer formed from such a rubber composition and an outer wall layer formed from a rubber material having ozone resistance or cure flatting resistance is provided. The rubber composition is of good fuel impermeability and low temperature properties and also has a high conductivity.
