Abstract: An information processing system is provided. The information processing system includes a controller. The controller is configured to execute each of the following steps. A reading step reads a plurality of sequential sectional images of an object. A setting step sets, based on a pixel value of a pixel in a predetermined area included in the sequential sectional images and preset reference information, material information representing a material of the object for the predetermined area, the reference information being information where a pixel value and a material are associated with each other. A reconstruction step reconstructs the plurality of sequential sectional images including the predetermined area for which the material information is set and thereby generating three-dimensional data on the object.

Abstract: An information processing system is provided. The information processing system comprises at least one processor configured to execute a program so that each following step is executed. In a reconstruction step, a first volume data is reconstructed, the first volume data indicating at least a part of the subject based on a plurality of first serial tomographic images of the subject. The first volume data includes first contour data representing an exterior of the subject and internal data including the inside of the subject. In a conversion step, the first volume data is converted to second volume data based on reference contour data other than the first contour data, the second volume data includes a second contour data different from the first contour data and the internal data including the inside of the body of the subject including the first contour data and the internal data including the inside of the body of the subject.

A fluorescent probe for detecting a brain tumor, including a compound of the following formula (I) or a salt thereof: wherein P1 represents an arginine residue, a histidine residue or a tyrosine residue, P2 represents a proline residue or a glycine residue, where P1 is linked to an adjacent N atom by forming an amide bond, and P2 is linked to P1 by forming an amide bond; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, or 1 to 4 identical or different substituents each independently selected from the group consisting of an optionally substituted alkyl group, a carboxyl group, an ester group, an alkoxy group, an amide group and an azide group; R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a hydroxyl group, an optionally substituted alkyl group or a halogen atom; R8 and R9 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group;
