    摘要: This invention relates to an isolated nucleic acid fragment encoding a UDP-galactose 4-epimerase. The invention also relates to the construction of a chimeric gene encoding all or a portion of the UDP-galactose 4-epimerase, in sense or antisense orientation, wherein expression of the chimeric gene results in production of altered levels of the UDP-galactose 4-epimerase in a transformed host cell.

    摘要: A secondary latch is provided for securing contacts which are located in desired position in passageways of an insulator relative to a mating face. The insulator has at least one opening whereby locking shoulders of the positioned contacts are accessible from the insulator exterior. A latch finger of the latch which is secured to the insulator exterior has a detent end which enters the insulator opening and latches the engaged contacts to the insulator.
