摘要: Non-slip floor covering and method of producing a non-slip floor covering. The non-slip floor covering includes a plurality of depressions that are regularly or randomly distributed over a floor covering surface such that the depressions provide a suction effect. The method includes directing pulsed laser beams onto a surface of the floor covering, forming micro-craters having suction effect with the directed pulsed laser beams, and distributing the formed micro-craters over the surface of the floor covering.

摘要: The invention relates to a method of manufacturing non-slip floor coverings made of mineral materials, such as, for example, natural stone, fine stoneware, artificial stone or ceramics. This method is carried out in a two-stage process, there being produced on the surface of the floor coverings or slabs, in a first process stage by means of pulsed laser bombardment, statistically distributed microcraters invisible to the human eye. The surface of the floor coverings or slabs obtained in this way is then, according to the invention, subjected to hydromechanical aftertreatment.

摘要: An aircraft window shade includes protective transparent window panels, a shade driven by an electric motor, an integral control panel, and support for remote operation. The shade uses dual sprocket drive for positive shade positioning, low wear, and low parts count. The moving shade element remains substantially flat, curving slightly during some phases of positioning. The apparatus replaces a conventional interior window panel and a manual shade with slight change in overall mechanism thickness and weight. Control electronics in the shade can accept a command from a cabin attendant's console to override the local setting and move the shade to a required position, such as fully open for takeoff. The shade supports use of two or more independent shades, each of which can be made of dimming (transparent), diffusing (translucent), or light blocking (opaque) material. The shade is compatible with electrochromic transmittance control technology.

In order for the airbag to provide a vehicle occupant with a great protective effect, an embodiment may comprise at least one supporting chamber, which gives the airbag mechanical stability in the inflated state, and at least one energy absorption chamber, which is designed to be more gas permeable than the supporting chamber. With such a configurations the energy absorption chamber absorbs more energy than the supporting chamber during the first phase of an accident.
