摘要: The present invention provides a bar-code driven, completely automated, microplate-based analyzer system for performing chemical, biochemical or biological assays. The analyzer is a modular, bench-top instrument that compactly integrates subsystems for sample dispensing, liquid handling, microplate transport, thermal incubation, vortexing, solid phase separation and optical reading. An internal processor is included for automating the instrument, and a user interface to facilitate communication with the operator via a touch-sensitive liquid-crystal display (LCD), and communicating with a remote network via multiple protocols. The analyzer includes firmware resident within the processing system and the user interface allows the operator to select pre-defined assay batch protocols and the user interface is configured in such as way so as to restrict an operator from programming the firmware.

摘要: A telescope having a focus display includes a tube assembly, a sensor and a focus display. The tube assembly has a first tube and a second tube connected within the first tube. The first tube has an opening. The sensor is provided on the second tube. The focus display is provided in the opening of the first tube. The focus display is provided with a screen, a processing unit and an electromagnetic sensing unit. The electromagnetic sensing unit, the processing unit and the screen are electrically connected with each other. When the first tube is telescopically moved with respect to the second tube, the electromagnetic sensing unit receives and senses the change in the electromagnetic field of the sensor. The processing unit then calculates the displacement and displays the data on the screen, so that the user can focus the telescope to obtain the clearest image.

摘要: A telescope includes a monocular assembly, an optical lens assembly, and a focus cover. The monocular assembly includes a monocular and a light-shielding tube movably sleeved at the monocular. The optical lens assembly is disposed in the light-shielding tube and is fixed on the monocular. The focus cover is detachably disposed on an end portion of the light-shielding tube and includes a tubular carrier, a focus sheet, and a covering body. The tubular carrier has a carrying portion formed on an inner side thereof, and includes a connecting portion and an accommodating portion respectively arranged at two opposite sides of the carrying portion. The connecting portion is detachably fastened to the end portion. The focus sheet is detachably positioned at the carrying portion and is arranged in the accommodating portion. The covering body is detachably fastened to the accommodating portion for shielding the focus sheet.

摘要: Compositions and methods are provided for the cell-free synthesis of active reprogramming factor polypeptides. The reprogramming factors may be synthesized as fusion proteins comprising a permeant domain, such as polyarginme. The cell free-synthesis may be conducted at about 25 C in a bacterial cell extract from genetically alterd cells having decreased endogenous protease activity Further, the proteins may comprise a fusion partner which enhances solubility and may be refolded on a column.

摘要: A method and apparatus to improve the efficiency of debugging a processor is provided. Also provided is a computer readable storage device encoded with data for adapting a manufacturing facility to create an apparatus. The method includes receiving a first test data, which identifies a state of a state machine, wherein the state machine performs reset and initialization operations for a processor. The method also includes halting the state machine in the state identified by the first test data upon reaching the state.
