    摘要: An electric junction box, having a terminal portion positioned in the connector engagement portion and arranged perpendicular to a direction along which case members attach each other, which can be assembled easily without increasing the number of components and manufacturing cost is provided. Also, a power supply device having the above-described electric junction box is provided. The electric junction box includes: a box main body having a connector engagement portion and an upper case attached to a lower case in an overlapping relationship; and a bus bar received in the box main body. The lower case includes a bottom wall portion, a positioning wall and peripheral walls. The bus bar includes the terminal portion positioned in the connector engagement portion, a positioning plate portion and a mount portion. The peripheral wall includes a cutout portion allowing the positioning plate portion to move into and out from the lower case.

A terminal positioning portion of the lower case includes a planar wall positioning the terminal portions on a surface thereof, extending walls extending from between the adjacent terminal portions, and parallely-projecting walls each projecting from an end of the extending wall in parallel with the planar wall. The mount portion includes a cutout portion through which the parallely-projecting wall is passed.

    摘要: There is provided a power supply circuit, in which cost reduction is realized by reducing the number of electric wires. An inverter 3 and a motor 4 are supplied with power by a high-voltage battery 21. Relays 22a to 22c are provided between the high-voltage battery 21 and the inverter 3. Both ends of each of relay coils C provided to the relays 22a to 22c are connected to an ECU 5, and the ECU 5 controls a current flowing through the relay coils C and thereby controls the turning on and off of the relays 22a to 22c. A service plug 6 is detachably provided between batteries making up the high-voltage battery 21, and when the service plug 6 is detached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is blocked and when the service plug 6 is attached, the supply of power from the high-voltage battery 21 to the inverter 3 and the motor 4 is enabled. An interlock switch 7 is turned off when the service plug 6 is detached, is turned on when the service plug 6 is attached, and is connected between the ECU 5 and the relay coils C.

The base plate section has a wiring member attachment section to which a plurality of signal output wires connected to the bus bars can be wired, and window sections through which bosses can be inserted are formed on wiring paths of the signal output wires at the wiring member attachment section. The signal output wires are wired so as to bypass or wind around the bosses inserted into the window sections, and then the bosses are pulled out from the window sections, and thereby surplus length sections are formed on the signal output wires.

The electric connection box includes a main body, a guide wall disposed on the main body for retaining an electric component, a protrusion disposed on an inner face of the guide wall for preventing movement of the electric component.
