    摘要: The connector lock device for locking two connector housings comprises a roughly triangular protrusion member provided on a first connector housing and an E-shaped latch level member mounted on a second connector housing. The latch lever member includes a central leg portion extending from a movable transverse portion in parallel to and between the two leg portions and formed with a slot and two projected fulcrum portions and a flat depression portion. To lock the two connector housings, the protrusion member is inserted into the slot of the latch lever member. To unlock the two connector housings, the flat depression portion is depressed to pivot the central leg portion about the two fulcrums to release the protrusion member from a claw portion of the movable transverse portion.

    摘要: The present invention provides a delayed-fusion fuse by which its predetermined durability can be reliably ensured, and its stable pre-arcing time-current characteristics can be obtained, even when a current exceeding the steady-state current such as a motor lock current frequently flows in the fuse. The delayed-fusion fuse includes a pair of electric connecting sections formed on both sides of a fusible section having a narrow fusing portion made of an electrically conductive metal. Also, the delayed-fusion fuse includes a metallic chip made of low fusing point metal for absorbing heat generated in the fusible section, and a covering and adhering section for holding the metallic chip on the fusible section. A thin metallic layer forms a solid solution with the low fusing point metal, where the solid solution requires an energy of formation which is higher than that of the formation of a solid solution made of the electrically conductive metal and the low fusing point metal. This thin metallic layer is interposed between a surface of the covering and adhering section and a surface of the low fusing point metallic chip. Specifically, the thin metallic layer is provided on a surface of the fusible section in the form of a plating layer.

    摘要: A fusible link in which the overlooking of a half-fitted condition of a spacer is positively prevented, and the strength of retaining of the spacer on a housing is increased. Guide walls are formed on an inner surface of the housing (which houses a fuse element), and are disposed respectively in the vicinity of projections for retaining the fuse element-holding spacer. Each of the guide walls forms an insertion space into which a respective one of resilient engagement piece portions of the spacer can be inserted, and the insertion space provides a space which allows elastic displacement of the resilient engagement piece portion when the resilient engagement piece portion is brought into and out of engagement with the projection. Tongue-like portions extend downwardly from a lid which closes an upper open end of the housing, and each of the tongue-like portions is inserted into that portion of the associated insertion space provided between the associated guide wall and the associated resilient engagement piece portion, thereby limiting elastic displacement of the resilient engagement piece portion retainingly engaged with the projection.
