摘要: A friction transmission unit for transmitting power between input and output members by means of friction and capable of loss reduction and large torque transmission. Power is transmitted between a planar disk (16) and a roller (10), which contacts the upper surface of the planar disk (16). The profile of the peripheral surface (14) of the roller (10) which actually contacts the upper surface (20) of the disk (16) is expressed as z=a·sin h(bx2). This profile realizes a contact stress distribution which is constant over an area corresponding to approximately 80% in the width direction of the entire contact region. This profile also prevents formation of peak stresses near and at the edges of the contact region and, instead, enables formation of monotonic decrease of stress in areas near the edges.

The partition wall is arranged between the discharge chamber and the compression chamber and includes a fixing surface facing the discharge chamber. The partition wall includes a discharge port that communicates the discharge chamber and the compression chamber. The discharge reed valve includes a fixed portion, an intermediate portion, and a valve portion. The fixing surface includes a first groove portion, which extends around the discharge port, and a valve seat surface, which is arranged between the discharge port and the first groove portion. The first groove portion extends to a range overlapped with the intermediate portion. A part of the valve portion at a distal side does not close the first groove portion. The valve seat surface includes a receiving portion.

The main coupling portion extends from the supporting portion to couple the supporting portion and the receiving portion in order to divide into two a distal discharging region of the discharge port.

摘要: A frictional dynamic characteristic measuring apparatus for measuring a pressing force and a frictional force acting between a friction material as a specimen and a slide portion which are in sliding contact, includes a sliding speed changing device for forcibly changing a sliding speed of the friction material and the slide portion, which is changing in a self-excited manner at a resonance frequency of a resonance system including the friction material and the slide portion, at the resonance frequency of the resonance system. This apparatus enables evaluation of a friction material which absorbs self-excited vibration in a torsional vibration system without the need of additional evaluation in an actual machine for use.
