    摘要: The invention provides a gas turbine combustor in which the size of a combustor outer casing can be reduced. A transition inner duct and a transition outer duct are disposed in a main housing, inlet openings for a fluid to cool the transition inner duct are formed at ends of the transition outer duct on both sides nearer to the combustor liner and the turbine, and the transition outer duct is formed as an extraction flow passage for extracting the cooling fluid having flown in through the inlet openings to a recuperator. A partition member is also provided to prevent the fluid in the main housing and the fluid in the combustor outer casing from mixing with each other.

    摘要: A sliding bearing an an end ring are mounted on a housing. A magnetic fluid sealing member comprises a permanent magnet and a magnetic fluid. A space is formed between the magnetic fluid sealing member and a lubricating fluid. A shaft has projection member or the end ring forms a spiral groove on an inner peripheral portion. The projection member of the shaft or the spiral groove of the end ring is disposed in an opposite position of the magnetic fluid sealing member. A magnetic fluid flow is disturbed by the projection member of the shaft or the spiral groove of the end ring according to a rotation of the shaft, then a magnetic fluid film is destructed instantaneously and the pressure at the space lowers. Air in the space is discharged from the housing. The scatter degree of the magnetic fluid is made slightly.

    摘要: A gas turbine has a rotor shaft which includes a plurality of discs, each having a plurality of moving blades driven by combustion gas and arranged annularly on the peripheral portion and having spaces arranged between the discs. The respective discs and spacers are arranged in the axial direction. Gap portions are formed between the rotor axis side regions of the discs facing the spacers and adjacent spacers. Contact surfaces contacting each other on both rotor peripheral side regions of the discs facing the spaces and adjacent spacers are formed. A first flow path for supplying a coolant into the moving blades and a second flow path for recovering the coolant heated by the moving blades from the moving blade are provided. A third flow path for introducing fluid into the gap portions is formed in the discs with the third flow path being independent from the first and second flow paths.

The magnetic fluid sealing section is disposed on the opening side of the housing with a predetermined spacing away from the radial bearing section whereby a space is provided between the magnetic fluid sealing section and a liquid surface of fluid lubricant filled in the radial bearing section.

    摘要: A bearing device for a horizontal shaft type rotating machine includes an oil tank formed at the lower portion of the bearing box for storing lubricant oil for the bearing, the oil tank being divided by a bearing support plate between an oil feeding chamber and an oil collecting chamber; an oil feeding apparatus which pumps up the lubricant oil in the oil feeding chamber and feeds the lubricant oil onto the bearing; and a pair of diffusion flow passages; each of the pair of diffusion flow passages being formed along the inner wall of the oil tank and connects the oil collecting chamber with the oil feeding chamber; each of the diffusion flow passages permitting diffusion and movement of the lubricant oil from the oil collecting chamber to the oil feeding chamber. Each of the diffusion flow passages including a baffle chamber and a narrow gap flow passage downstream of the baffle chamber and having a smaller cross section flow passage area than the baffle chamber and the upper portion of the baffle chamber being open to the air, whereby air bubbles contained in the collected high temperature lubricant oil are removed at an early stage of their return travel from the oil collecting chamber to the oil feeding chamber.

    摘要: A screw compressor comprises a casing and a pair of male and female rotors respectively having herical teeth and grooves formed in their outer peripheries. The rotors are arranged within the casing in meshing relation to each other through the teeth and grooves. Each rotor is rotatably supported by a pair of first and second radial plain bearings and a thrust plain bearing which is arranged at an end of the rotor shaft and adjacent the second radial plain bearing. Each of the thrust plain bearings is of dynamic-pressure type in which with rotation of a corresponding one of the shafts of the respective rotors, pressure is applied to lubricant by sliding movement of the thrust plain bearing to produce an anti-thrust force. The lubricant for each of the second radial plain bearings and for a corresponding one of the thrust plain bearings is fed to a space between the second radial plain bearing and the thrust plain bearing, and is distributed to the second radial plain bearing more in amount than that fed to the thrust bearing due to a difference between flow resistance with which the lubricant passes through the second radial plain bearing and flow resistance with which the lubricant passes through the thrust plain bearing.
