    摘要: A photographic apparatus for use with the peel-apart type self-developing film units contained in a cassette is provided for allowing a user to take a photograph of himself and obtain the print then and there. The apparatus includes a camera back which is moved forward for urging the cassette in order to locate photosensitive sheets of film units in the cassette in position for exposure and retracted from the cassette after, say, ten exposures. The camera back is kept retracted for a time sufficient to allow automatic supplying of a fresh film pack which is the foremost one of a plurality of film packs contained in a rack. The apparatus also includes a film unit withdrawing apparatus for automatically withdrawing an exposed film unit for providing the print to the user.

    摘要: An instant photographic method uses a photosensitive member in the form of a roll, of a length to receive a plurality of exposures, and an image-receiving member in the form of either a roll or a sheet. The photosensitive member is cut off to the length of a single frame of film after the exposure of its leading end. Before or after cutting off the member or members, the exposed leading end of the photosensitive member and the image-receiving member are superposed. Between the superposed members a processing liquid is distributed and spread in a uniform layer for diffusion transfer processing. During the processing, negative and positive images are produced simultaneously on the photosensitive and image-receiving members, respectively, according to the latent image previously created on the photosensitive member by exposure.

    摘要: An instant photographic apparatus uses a photosensitive member in the form of a roll, of a length to receive a plurality of exposures, and an image-receiving member in the form of either a roll or a sheet. A pod of processing liquid is secured to the sheet material outside of the image-forming portion. Each pod is preferably divided into two processing fluid containing portions, such that an advancing roller can contact the flat portion devoid of processing liquid in order to advance the image-receiving sheet without rupturing the pod. The mask defining the area on which a positive image is formed, can be either a continuous sheet having openings at regular intervals, or it can be formed by connector sheets alternately coupled to image-receiving sheets in combination with longitudinal masking strips affixed directly to the image-receiving sheet.

    摘要: A film unit withdrawing apparatus withdraws an exposed film unit from the film pack while permitting it to pass through a pair of pressure rollers. The peel apart type film unit to be used for this apparatus is attached with a tab. This film unit withdrawing apparatus is such that after a photograph is taken, the aforementioned tab is held between and withdrawn by a tab transfer roller and a nip roller. Following the withdrawal of the tab, the pull end of the film unit is ejected by passing between the pressure rollers. Simultaneously, the tab is torn off the film unit. Subsequently, the pull end of the film unit is held between a film unit transfer roller and a nip roller, and the film unit is automatically withdrawn by passing between the pressure rollers.
