摘要： A photographic apparatus for use with the peel-apart type self-developing film units contained in a cassette is provided for allowing a user to take a photograph of himself and obtain the print then and there. The apparatus includes a camera back which is moved forward for urging the cassette in order to locate photosensitive sheets of film units in the cassette in position for exposure and retracted from the cassette after, say, ten exposures. The camera back is kept retracted for a time sufficient to allow automatic supplying of a fresh film pack which is the foremost one of a plurality of film packs contained in a rack. The apparatus also includes a film unit withdrawing apparatus for automatically withdrawing an exposed film unit for providing the print to the user.

摘要： An instant photographic method uses a photosensitive member in the form of a roll, of a length to receive a plurality of exposures, and an image-receiving member in the form of either a roll or a sheet. The photosensitive member is cut off to the length of a single frame of film after the exposure of its leading end. Before or after cutting off the member or members, the exposed leading end of the photosensitive member and the image-receiving member are superposed. Between the superposed members a processing liquid is distributed and spread in a uniform layer for diffusion transfer processing. During the processing, negative and positive images are produced simultaneously on the photosensitive and image-receiving members, respectively, according to the latent image previously created on the photosensitive member by exposure.

摘要： An image-receiving member of sheet material has a portion on which a positive image is adapted to be formed. A pod of processing liquid is secured to the sheet material outside of the image-forming portion. Each pod is preferably divided into two processing fluid containing portions, such that an advancing roller can contact the flat portion devoid of processing liquid in order to advance the image-receiving sheet without rupturing the pod. The mask defining the area on which a positive image is formed, can be either a continuous sheet having openings at regular intervals, or it can be formed by connector sheets alternately coupled to image-receiving sheets in combination with longitudinal masking strips affixed directly to the image-receiving sheet.

摘要： A method for manufacturing plasma display unit substrates having bulkheads by applying a mixture of ceramic powder or glass powder and a binder to a back face plate made of ceramics or glass. Bulkheads are formed on the back face plate by rolling a roll, having a plurality of grooves on its surface, over the mixture-applied surface of the back face plate while applying pressure to the surface with the roll. Alternatively, the grooves on the surface of the roll may be pre-filled with the moisture and rolled over the surface of a back face plate, thereby forming bulkheads.

摘要： A rotary head type magnetic recording/reproducing apparatus having two playback heads A' and B' for verifying the recorded condition after recording on a magnetic tape by two recording/reproducing heads A and B (read-after-write) by which any recording error is found immediately. Two playback heads A' and B' are mounted, respectively, at positions separated by 90.degree. around a rotational center axis relative to the recording/reproducing heads A and B along the head rotating direction. Heads A' and B' are mounted also deviating by a particular dimension relative to the recording/reproducing heads A and B, along a direction perpendicular to the head scanning direction. Since read-after-write is performed immediately after recording, any recording error is found almost simultaneously with recording, by performing read-after-write as in normal reading.

摘要： When a plug is to be fitted to a first connector from one side and a plug is to be fitted to a second connector from the other side of an optical coupling device, the first connector and the second connector shift in an X direction to ease stresses working on an internal optical fiber.
