    摘要: Since it is configured that an female screw groove 2a of a nut 2 extends round an axis of the nut 2 through 360 degrees or less and a sectional shape thereof taken at right angles to the groove contains a circular arc portion 2c of 90 degrees or less and a rectilinear portion 2d which connects to the circular arc portion at a bottom of the groove and extends in parallel with the axis, after molding, a lower mold LM and an upper mold UM can simply be removed from a barrel mold BM in the axial direction, and consequently, the necessity of provision of a parting plane which passes through the thread groove 2a can be obviated, thereby making it possible to easily form the thread groove 2a which is free from a difference in level or a stepped portion.

    摘要: A ball screw is provided in which an outer circumferential formation is formed at a portion facing a ball circulating passage out of outer circumferential surface of a nut. The ball screw includes: a screw shaft having on its outer circumferential surface a screw groove; a nut having on its inner circumferential surface a screw groove facing the screw groove; a plurality of balls rollably loaded in a spiral ball rolling passage formed by both screw grooves; and a ball circulating passage to return the balls from a start point to an end point of the ball rolling passage for recirculation. The ball circulating passage is a concaved groove formed by concaving a groove on a part of the cylindrical inner circumferential surface of the nut by plastic working. Then, a flange is integrally provided at a portion facing the ball circulating passage and the screw groove.

    摘要: A linear actuator is provided which is able to simplify its structure by adding a stopper function, too, to a detent mechanism and to prevent generation of radial load. The linear actuator comprises a ball screw mechanism, to which a rotational driving force is transmitted, for converting a rotational motion into a linear motion. The ball screw mechanism comprises radially projecting guide projections provided in a linear motion component, and a guide groove arranged in a securing portion facing the linear motion component and is engaged with the guide projections to guide the guide projections in an axial direction. The guide projection has a projection projecting by the predetermined length, while engaging into the guide groove, at a stroke end of the linear motion component and a locking portion provided in a rotary motion component is locked to the projection of the guide projection.
