The canned linear motor armature including a winding accommodating frame formed in the shape of a recess which accommodates an armature winding; a flat plate-shaped connection substrate which connects the armature winding; cans which close airtightly both opening portions of the housing; refrigerant passages formed respectively between the can and the winding accommodating frame and between the can and the connection substrate; and a lead wire which connects the connection substrate and a terminal base, is so constructed that coating with an adhesive resin is provided around a land that is a connection part for connecting the armature winding and the lead wire on the connection substrate so as to include the connection part, and the surroundings of the adhesive resin are filled with a filled resin.

    摘要: In the canned linear motor armature, both the side surfaces of the armature winding (18) are fixed by two winding fixing frames (4) so as to sandwich the armature winding in between them in the longitudinal direction. A refrigerant passage (5) is provided in a space between the can (3) and the winding fixing frame (4). A seal material (24) is provided in a gap between a case (2) and the winding fixing frame (4) to prevent a refrigerant supplied to the refrigerant passage (5) from leaking to the armature winding (18) sandwiched in between the two winding fixing frames (4) to impregnate the armature winding (18) with the refrigerant. A waterproof film is adhered onto a surface of the winding fixing frame (4) where the refrigerant comes into contact.

    摘要: A coreless linear motor and a canned linear motor that can significantly reduce an increase in surface temperature of a linear motor armature are provided.In a magnetic field system of a coreless linear motor 1a, two rows of permanent magnets 201a are disposed on the opposite sides in a magnetic field yoke 202, and an armature 101a is disposed so that armature coils 102a and 103a including a plurality of coil groups centrally wound in the magnetic field system having the two rows of permanent magnets are arranged in two rows. One end of the two rows of the armature coils 102a and 103a in a direction perpendicular to a direction of a magnetic gap between the two rows of permanent magnets branches into two parts, and the other end is arranged back-to-back. Further, the substrate 104a for connecting the coils is inserted into a gap between the two rows of the branching coils 102a and 103a. The armature coils 102a and 103a and the substrate 104a are integrally formed and fixed by mold resin 105.

When a magnetic pole pitch of the linear section of the stator is a distance λm and a magnetic pole pitch of the circular arc section of the stator is an angle γm, a radius r of the circular arc track at the position detection point is defined as r=λm/γm.

    摘要: A disklike rotor is placed with air gaps between disklike stators. The disklike rotor has a sheet coil attached to its sides, on which are formed the secondary coil pattern of a rotary transformer and a resolver excitation phase pattern. A sheet coil having the secondary coil pattern of the rotary transformer is attached to the stator opposed to the secondary coil pattern on the rotor, while a sheet coil having a resolver detection phase pattern is attached to the stator opposed to the resolver excitation phase pattern on the rotor. This resolver using a sheet coil is inexpensive and small-sized, decreases angular errors, and avoids the decrease in detection voltage. The variation in amplitude of flux linkage can be limited if there is misalignment of a sheet coil.
