    摘要: In a wireless communication system based on an OFDM technology, a control channel and a low-speed data channel can be multiplexed without a reduction in the transmission speed of a traffic channel. In a communication system that is operated by multiplexing a traffic channel for performing high-speed data transmission and a control channel for performing low-speed control information transmission, an OFDM signal for transmitting the traffic channel and an OFDM signal for transmitting a control signal are multiplexed for transmission. In a receiving station, the control channel is first demodulated/decoded and a judgment is made as to whether or not any signal addressed to the self station is contained in a traffic channel signal. When any signal addressed to the self station is contained, the control channel signal is cancelled from the reception signal in accordance with a wireless channel quality and the traffic channel is demodulated.

    摘要: A cellular mobile communication system has a problem that communication quality is lowered by increase of an attenuation amount of a desired signal and increase of an interfering signal amount at a position apart from a base station and high-speed data communication becomes difficult. To solve this problem, when a mobile station M is at a location D where the radio attenuation is small, the mobile station M uses an OFDM signal to transmit data x, y and z via a traffic channel all at once so that data communication is performed at the maximum communication speed. On the other hand, when the mobile station M moves from the location D to a location E which is far from any of the base stations A, B and C, the mobile station M divides, the data x, y and z into three and, by using a diffusion OFDM signal having a high interference resistance, increases the interference resistance, and transmits data, x, y and z almost simultaneously from the three base stations A, B and C, thereby realizing equivalence of high-speed data transmission.

    摘要: A code multiplexing transmitting apparatus spread-spectrum modulates transmission data of a plurality of channels by spreading codes that differ from one another, combines the spread-spectrum signals of each of the channels and transmits the resultant spread-spectrum modulated signal. A spread-spectrum modulating unit for each channel includes a phase shifter for shifting, by a predetermined angle channel by channel, the phase of a position vector of the spread-spectrum modulated signal of each channel. As the result of such phase control, the phases of pilot signal portions of the spread-spectrum modulated signals of the respective channels are shifted relative to one another so that the peak values of the code-multiplexed signal can be suppressed.
