The chamfered corner section (12) is cured by plastic working and formed.-

摘要： There is provided a medical stapler allowing an easy and secure connection of a magazine and a housing during assembly. A medical stapler 10 according to the present invention includes a magazine 2 that comprises therewithin staples 4, a rail 5 for aligning the staples 4, and a mechanism for punching out staples; a lever 3 for actuating the mechanism for punching out the staples; and a housing 1 for enclosing and connecting the magazine and the lever. An inner surface of the housing includes a linear positioning portion continuing from an opening of the housing, and a latching portion for latching the magazine, a surface of the magazine tangent to the inner surface of the housing includes a positioning portion in accordance with form of the positioning portion of the housing, and a latching portion in accordance with form of the latching portion of the housing, and combining the positioning portion of the housing and the positioning portion of the magazine, and fitting the latching portion of the housing and the latching portion of the magazine connect the housing and the magazine.

摘要： A surgical stapler has a body capable of containing a plurality of staples in an aligned state; a ram provided inside said body, having a central concave portion and pressure armatures on both sides of the concave portion; an anvil that, when the armatures of said ram contact both sides of a crown of a staple, forces the center of the crown into the concave portion of the ram; and a trigger rotatably supported on the body so as to cause relative movement between the ram and the anvil. A moving member strikes another member so as to produce a sound or a sensation of impact after a staple sandwiched between the ram and the anvil is bent by the advance of the anvil into the concave portion of the ram and bending of the staple is completed.

摘要： There are provided a medical staple realizing smooth feeding when loaded in a magazine and a magazine which can realize stable feeding by using the medical staple.A staple A includes a body portion 1; and a pair of legs 2 and 3 formed at both ends of the body portion 1, wherein the legs 2 and 3 are tilted at an angle in which the legs 2 and 3 become closer to each other and either one leg 3 is twisted with respect to a plane 4 including the body portion 1 and the other leg 2 in the out-of-plane direction. A magazine B includes a body guiding portion 11 which has a size substantially equal to or slightly smaller than the length of the body portions 1 of the staples A and carries and guides the body portions 1 thereon; hanging portions 12 which hang from both ends of the body guiding portion 11 and have a size smaller than that of the legs 2 and 3; and leg guiding portions 13 which are formed at lower ends of the hanging portions 12 and guide tips of the legs 2 and 3, wherein the plurality of staples A is loaded in a state where the legs 2 and 3 are tilted to the downstream side in the discharge direction and the body portions 1 to the upstream side in the discharge direction.
