    摘要: A control device for a car wiper apparatus is disclosed, in which the wiper apparatus is driven in forward or reverse directions by the function of an electronic circuit. The control electronic circuit is so configured as to minimize the number of connection brushes for controlling the forward and reverse operations of the wiper motor which reciprocates the wiper blade. The reduced number of the connection brushes, which are arranged in the wiper motor, realizes a compact shape of the wiper motor as a whole. The electronic circuit functions to drive the wiper motor in forward and reverse directions within a predetermined angle thereby to rotate the crank arm connected with the wiper motor and the wiper blade with a small predetermined angle for reciprocal wiping operating, thus making it possible to mount the wiper apparatus in the small internal space of the car.

    摘要: A rotor of a motor includes an engaging portion that engages an annular portion of a yoke based on movement of a rotatable shaft in a thrust direction to brake the rotatable shaft. There is provided a Belleville spring that limits the movement of the rotatable shaft in the thrust direction to prevent engagement of the engaging portion with the annular portion when a thrust load applied on the rotatable shaft is equal to or smaller than a predetermined value. Furthermore, the Belleville spring allows the movement of the rotatable shaft in the thrust direction to allow the engagement of the engaging portion with the annular portion when the thrust load applied on the rotatable shaft is larger than the predetermined value.

    摘要: A door member locking/unlocking apparatus comprises a motor for driving an output shaft rotationally, and a latch rotatably hinged in a position to engage with a striker for retaining a door member in a closed state and urged in a direction to disengage from the striker. A first ratchet regulates the latch in a partially latched position and in a fully latched position. A second ratchet turns the latch from the partially latched position to the fully latched position. An engaging pin provided on the first ratchet releases the retention of the latch in the fully latched position by the first ratchet. A cam is arranged to have an axis of rotation in parallel with that of the latch. The cam is rotationally driven by the motor for actuating the second ratchet and the engaging pin.

    摘要: An armature for a motor has a core, which comprises a plurality of core sheets stacked together in an axial direction. Each sheet has a plurality of teeth having an extended protrusion which covers an armature winding fitted in slots. The extended protrusion may be a pair of bendable long protrusion pieces on each tooth of one sheet, and a pair of bendable short protrusion pieces on each tooth of another sheet stacked adjacently to the one sheet. Alternatively, the extended protrusion may be a pair of long protrusion piece and short protrusion piece on each tooth. The protrusion pieces are bent to cover the armature winding after winding operation, leaving only a narrow slit between the two extended protrusions. The slit is discontinuous in an axial direction of the core. Thus, the armature winding is restricted from slipping out from the slots, and cogging in torque of the motor is reduced.

    摘要: A motor has a field body having a number of field poles and an armature body having a number of coils which is placed outside of the above described field body in the radial direction. A commutator secured to the armature body has a number of segments to which the coils are respectively connected. The motor has a power supplying part for supplying a current to the coils and a brush holder which is secured to the field body. The brush holder contains an anode side brush device which makes contact with and slides against the commutator and the power supplying part and a cathode side brush device which makes contact with and slides against the commutator and the power supplying part.
