    摘要: A recombinant avian infectious coryza vaccine and a process for preparing the same are provided. A process for preparing a recombinant avian infectious coryza vaccine which comprises step of constructing E. coli that may produce as an inclusion body a fusion peptide consisting of peptides derived from outer-membrane protein of Avibacterium paragarinarum serotype A and serotype C, step of culturing said E. coli and collecting and purifying inclusion body from culture, and step of preparing a preparation comprising said purified inclusion body, and an avian infectious coryza vaccine comprising as an active ingredient the fusion peptide. A linker sequence may be inserted between the respective peptides comprising the fusion peptide. For the peptide derived from the serotypes A and C, an amino acid sequence region of Region 2 or its vicinity responsible for protection from infection may be used.

    摘要: An electrochemical device of this invention has a stacked member, in which a plurality of collectors having polarizable electrode layers formed on the surfaces thereof and a plurality of separators which separate the adjacent polarizable electrode layers are arranged in alternation, and a pair of fixed collecting plates arranged on both sides in the stacking direction of the stacked member. The pair of fixed collecting plates has a depressed portion which exerts pressure on the stacked member and a protruding portion which forms a gap with the stacked member. The protruding portions terminate at the peripheral portions of the fixed collecting plates so that gaps are formed between the stacked member and the fixed collecting plates. These gaps serve as permeation apertures for electrolytic solution.

    摘要: In a refrigeration system (10), an evaporator (11) and a condenser (15) are each formed of a container-like member (55). The inside of the container-like member (55) is divided into a liquid side space (12, 16) and a gas side space (13, 17) by a moisture permeable membrane (14, 18). Both the gas side spaces (13, 17) are held in a predetermined reduced-pressure condition. Both the liquid side spaces (12, 16) are placed in an atmospheric pressure condition. Water vapor provided by evaporation of water in the liquid side space (12) of the evaporator (11) passes through the moisture permeable membrane (14) and moves to the gas side space (13). The water vapor in the gas side space (13) is sucked by a compressor (21) so as to be pumped to the gas side space (17) of the condenser (15). In the condenser (15), the water vapor in the gas side space (17) moves to the liquid side space (16) and then condensates therein.
