摘要： A line filter assembly adapted to be inserted in an electrical power supply circuit of various electronic appliances for avoiding an invasion and leakage of noise includes first and second core members each having a pair of opposite arms connected together through a common bridge. Coils are formed on the arms of each of the core members in such a manner that directions of magnetic fluxes produced in the closed magnetic circuit as a result of flow of line currents counteract while the same coils are so arranged that the magnetic fluxes produced in the closed magnetic circuit as a result of the flow of the line currents are oriented in the same direction.

摘要： A line filter includes a magnetic core having a leg. A bobbin is placed around the leg of the magnetic core. The bobbin has end collars provided with projections respectively. A pair of windings are provided on the bobbin. A molded casing made of resin houses the magnetic core, the bobbin, and the windings. The casing has movable tongues which engage the projections on the bobbin collars to fix the bobbin to the casing. The casing has inner surfaces formed with ribs which engage the magnetic core to fix the magnetic core to the casing. The casing has an L-shaped movable member extending from a ceiling thereof and engaging the magnetic core to fix the magnetic core to the casing.

A through-window 36 is provided at a place facing the counterpart feet 27 of closed magnetic circuit core 28 so as a part of the central magnetic core 32 is exposed, but the central magnetic core 32 and the closed magnetic circuit core 28 are not making contact with each other.
