摘要： After exposure of all frames of a film contained in a lens-fitted photographic film, a wall portion of a film take-up chamber of the film package is removed, thereby to provide a film removal opening, through which the exposed film is drawn out directly from the film package. In the film take-up chamber, a cassette or a take-up spool is disposed for winding up the exposed film. So as not completely to wind the exposed film into the cassette, a film arresting member is provided. A film package holder disposed at a film entrance of a film processor can selectively hold the film package or a film cassette taken out from a camera.

摘要： A main body of a lens-fitted photographic film unit is provided with a film wind-up mechanism, a taking lens and a shutter mechanism. The main body with an unexposed film incorporated is covered by a front cover and a rear cover, which are directly attached to each other by arresting claws in holes formed thereon. The main body is positioned by being held fixedly between the two covers in order to prevent the main body from being damaged when the two covers are removed. In a preferred embodiment, the main body is provided with an electronic flash device, which is operated in synchronism with a shutter blade by use of an X contact. A pair of terminals of metal plates extend toward, and are in contact with, a printed circuit board which is removably supported on the main body by cooperation of supporting members and a supporting plate, both of which are formed outside a light-shielding tube of the main body. In this way, neither the main body nor the circuit board will be damaged when the unit is broken open to retrieve and process the exposed film; and so the undamaged parts can be reused.

摘要： An L-shaped rear cover is removably attached to a main body so as to close the rear and bottom sides of the main body. The rear cover is formed with at least one engaging hole or engaging claw engaging with the main body. Near the engaging member, there is a groove for providing a thin wall portion in the rear cover. When detaching the rear cover from the main body for film reloading, the rear cover is deformed or broken along the groove. After the main body is loaded with a new film, a new rear cover is attached to the main body thereby to produce a new film package with a reused main body. In order to reuse the rear cover, the rear cover has an L-shaped engaging claw engaging with an engaging hole in the main body, the L-shaped engaging claw being deformable within that engaging hole.

摘要： In order to prevent doming effect in a shadow mask of a color cathode ray tube caused by thermal expansion of the shadow mask structure produced by heating of the shadow mask due to impingement of the electron beam thereon, the shadow mask is provided with a skirt portion along at least one side thereof. The skirt portion includes a long projection portion where the shadow mask is welded to the frame, an adjacent inclined portion which decreases in length in a direction away from the projection portion. Further, a short portion is disposed therebetween the inclined portion. The inclined portion decreases in length linearly or non-linearly.

摘要： A defrosting system for a heat exchanger includes a temperature detector arranged adjacent to the exchanger, a temperature memory for storing temperature data detected by the detector, and a central processing unit, wherein when a second temperature which is detected by the temperature detector after normal operation requested by a user has restarted and after a predetermined minimum defrosting prohibitive time has passed, drops by a predetermined difference in temperature from a first temperature which is detected by the temperature detector after the normal operation has restarted and after a predetermined defrosting prohibitive time has passed, and the second temperature is a predetermined temperature or below; the central processing unit carries out the defrosting operation. As a result, when the amount of frost has rapidly increased during the defrosting prohibitive time, the defrosting operation is carried out even if the defrosting prohibitive time has not passed, thereby deteriorating the capability of the exchanger and preventing the frost from remaining after the defrosting operation has been completed.

摘要： A shadow mask spring for a color cathode ray tube having a generally rectangular shadow mask structure including a shadow mask and a support frame for holding the shadow mask. Shadow mask springs serve for holding the support frame inside a panel having a phosphor screen adjacent thereto and engage with panel pins for holding the shadow mask structure. Each of the shadow mask springs includes L-shaped base plate and a joined plate secured to one end of the base plate. The base plate has a phosphor screen side metal portion and an electron gun side metal portion with the phosphor screen side metal portion having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than that of the electron gun side metal portion. An other end of the base plate is secured to a side of the support frame. The joined plate is engageable with a panel pin and the secured portion of the one end of the base plate and the joined plate is located at a position closer to the phosphor screen than the secured portion of the other end of the base plate and the support frame.
