摘要: A dichroic mirror for reflecting red light for optical separating and a dichroic mirror for reflecting red light for optical synthesizing are installed on the same plane in an image generating apparatus of the present invention. In addition, a dichroic mirror for reflecting blue light for optical separating and a dichroic mirror for reflecting blue light for optical synthesizing are installed on the same plane. Accordingly, a compact configuration can be realized. Since a main reflecting mirror is a rotating elliptic mirror and a lamp is located on a focus or around the focus, a lighting equipment which irradiates conic luminous flux can be realized.

摘要: An ultrasonic vibrator disposed on one of two opposed electrodes having two metallic plates sandwiched between them for being welded intermittently delivers a pulse-shaped ultrasonic wave to a reflecting surface located in the other electrode and receives the wave reflected from the reflecting surface. The vibrator converts the received wave to an electrical signal that is applied to a minimum sensor and a peak sensor. The minimum sensor senses and holds the minimum peak magnitude of the signal which is then subtracted from the peak magnitude of a similar signal developed within the peak sensor at the time of termination of the welding current. The resulting difference between the two magnitudes determines the weld condition of the welded plates.

摘要: Two metal plates 1a, 1b are projection welded together using a truncated conical projection 12 on a first one of the plates having a spherical end surface. The plates are pressed together through the projection, and a welding current pulse is applied which reaches a maximum value in less than 2 milli-seconds. The shape and dimensional limitations of the projection coupled with the high amplitude, short duration current spike result in a thin welding nugget 9 and prevent any thermal distortion of the outer plate surface due to localized overheating.

摘要: A liquid joint process which includes the steps of feeding a liquid in a clearance formed between an electrical contact for joint and a carrier and around a joint part for joining the electrical contact and the carrier; a step of holding the electrical contact and the carrier by an upper electrode and a lower electrode from both sides under a predetermined pressure; and feeding current between the electrical contact and the carrier through the upper and lower electrode.

摘要: A rectangular waveform voltage is applied between electrodes for welding by using a variable voltage-variable frequency type inverter as the power source for welding whereby the local short-circuit between workpieces can be immediately changed to the flash whereby the fine flash can be continuously generated to remarkably improve the quality of the welded part, and the voltage control can be attained without changing the voltage waveform.
