摘要: When it is assumed that a thickness of a stator core is TSt as measured in parallel with an axial direction of a rotary shaft and a thickness of the fan housing is TFr as measured in parallel with the axial direction, a ratio of TSt/TFr is defined as 8% to 25%. With this arrangement, among frequency components included in vibration to be carried to the fan housing when a rotor is rotated, an over-all value of frequency components caused by cogging torque becomes smaller than an over-all value of frequency components caused by unbalance of the rotor. As a result, the vibration to be carried to the fan housing when a rotor is rotated may be restrained, in particular, when the rotor is rotated at a low speed.

In an oil pump for transporting fluid from a suction port to a discharge port by the rotation of a rotor mounted in a pump casing, a resonator configured from an introduction path and a chamber is formed with respect to a discharge flow channel that communicates with the discharge port in the flow direction of the discharge flow channel. A channel in a direction different to the flow direction of the discharge flow channel is communicatingly formed in the vicinity of the resonator.

摘要: A method for evaluating the refractive index homogeneity of an optical member includes passing light through an optical member (1) used for photolithography. The side surface (1a) with respect to the optical axis (AX) of the optical member (1) is retained by elastic members (4) at a plurality of positions disposed at equal intervals to pass light through the optical member (1) and measure a wave front aberration. The optical member is rotated around the optical axis (AX) by the equal interval to measure a wave front aberration again and determine the difference from the initial measurement. The optical member (1) is moved in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis (AX) to measure a wave front aberration again and determined the difference from the initial measurement. The refractive index homogeneity of the optical member can be accurately evaluated from those differences by using fitting of the Zernike cylindrical function.
